Bedroom and bathroom size were very small. No closet or drawer for clothes. Had to live out of suitcase which prevented me from walking around bed. TV Channel selection was poor - only 8 channels. No English Channels.

The location was pretty good if you're wanting to stay in that area. I chose it because it seemed fairly convenient to get around and also for easier access to catch the train for the airport. We had a train station about five minutes away, but that's not the one you use for the airport train. That one was about 10-15 minutes away. We could walk to some main shopping areas as well. The room smelled like smoke and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. And the next day there was a really musty, funky unpleasant smell...I think it was the bathroom. Considering how many odor sprays they had in the room, it seems to be a general issue. The staff never talked to us unless I approached them. They didn't greet people walking in and didn't even look up when we walked in, which also felt awkward since we had to walk quite close to the desk to get to the elevator. Maybe some people prefer to be ignored unless there's a conversation.

The property is very clean, hygiene and tidy. There are drink and snack available in the morning. You can store your luggage even after check out and free of charge. A bit far from subway station but closed to dontonbori street.
