Very clean and modern and good value for the price. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent No complaints at all

Excellent breakfast, with a lot of variety and choice.

Room was clean Check in time was very late at 15:00 which I could accept if the checkout time was reasonable. It was not. They wanted me checked out by 10 am or they warned I would incur additional room charges. Wish I had realized that when I booked as I would have selected another hotel. The room had no kettle or coffee or tea which should be pretty standard. Breakfast was only available from 7 to 9 am.

The courteous staff. The location. The rooms are smart in space and in efficiency. The bathroom was really nice. The lounge are has a nice presentation. Everything was fine.

Pillows could be softer and fluffier

The staff is very helpful and nice. It was fairly close to Osaka station and there is a nice covered shopping street that you could walk through to get there The smoking room was often a little on the dirty side

You don't need to bring many essentials. Staff were able to assist even if your Japanese is limited. They can hold your luggage before you check in. Call for a cab when you need one. The buffet food was fair and by 8:45, items were empty. No washcloth in bathroom.

Not much. Lumpy bed. Staff didn’t even speak basic English. Like “do you need a receipt” after I was charged the city tax.

The location was very good, close to Oaka station, also known as Umeda station. Around the station there are a lot of stores and on the way to the hotel there are some very lively shopping streets with bars, stores, karaoke and all these things. The hotel itself is a couple of blocks away from this bustling area, and the streets are quiet at night, which makes it very convenient because you can sleep quietly but you're still close enough to transportation, food and entertainment. The room size is good and the furniture was recent. You get a lot more space than you would in Tokyo for a similar price. The hotel seems to be more oriented towards business guests, so there weren't a lot of other travelers using the washing machines and I didn't have to wait to wash my clothes. The staff was helpful and acomodated my request for extra pillows. The rooms are cleaned daily. I reserved without breakfast, but there are cafés on the way to the station, such as a Café Doutor, so you won't have problems finding breakfast. Communication in english was a bit more challenging at this hotel than in others, but I didn't have any problems for checking in or out or asking for extra pillows.

Also, when you go to the airport, you can use Bus station and that is also in 10 mins walking. In the room there is a big L shaped desk. No complementary. Asked for a water at the front desk and they were asking me to use vending machines. Room bathroom was little dirty, but accepterable.

It was clean. The facilities were excellent.

About 15 minutes walk from Osaka central (Umeda) station, the hotel was easy to find, comfortable, and convenient for local restaurants

Close to train station (exit M10 puts you in the right direction). Clean room, firm bed and pillows. Standard double room is the tiniest I've seen. So is the bed only 1.5 width of a single, very tight for two. Breakfast ok but nothing to write home about. Pillow's firm but very low, need to ask for more. Streets in the back of the hotel bustles with shopping and dining.

Best front desk in all of Osaka. They were beyond nice and helpful. I’ll forever be thankful to them!

Great location and the facilities and rooms very modern and well appointed. The staff helpful and attentive to requests and assistance. The breakfast was good but I've seen much better for hotels in Japan for the room rate. They also can't accommodate if you are checking out early with just grabbing a coffee and piece of bread before the formal opening time of 7am (most hotels open at 6-6:30am for breakfast.

bed a little bit small and pillow wasn't good and very small.

Spacious, neat and clean. Accessible to most of places in Osaka. Shopping. Restaurant. Gym. No gym
