Very dirty in a roughy area of Osaka. Seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in almost 50 years. No mosquito net so I was eaten alive by mosquitos.

Great value for the price and reasonably comfortable. I always received clean bedding and beds / futons were firm, but no issues. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby, the station is only a short 3 minute walk away, and Donki is always open. The tenants (your neighbors) can sometimes be a bit noisy shuffling around with the rather thin walls, but that varies on them. The room was a bit on the dusty side, but I would still consider it reasonable given the price. My biggest complaint was that I wish there were more showers that were open 24/7.

Very old and nasty

The room had new tatami which smelled great and the location worked for me There is no sound proofing. I heard everything in the hallway and even outside some cats fighting. Someone’s alarm went off down the hall at 6:30 and it was as if it was outside my thin door

Windows on hallway not opened

Staff is very freindly. There was no hot water and water boilor in the room. The room door was made of metal wich was very uncomfortable.

I like you get your own room and space. AC worked well and felt safe for a solo female traveler. I could just tell the front desk staff was so done with foreigners haha. No patience or smiles nothing. Just check in and out. Lots of homeless in the streets.
-
Price is cheap besides that, nothing is good really. Also have a good discount on a near onsen. The smell is quite bad. Bathrooms and showers were unclean. Staff was not friendly neither helpful.
-
No Breakfast supplied. The weather was a little too hot.

I like the location as it was easy to find, room was good for the value. It is good when you are alone traveling and you are on budget. Was not comfortable for me the bed, and there is 1 pc of pillow only which almost flat, there is to towel for the guest, you need to buy to use.

Hotel was close to station but in a quieter street and was one of the quieter hotels I stayed in meaning I slept well. Toilets were a bit smelly, and you had to pay for hand towel, towel, and toothbrush if you didn't have your own. Public bath was quite small and only for men. I think photos show public bath around the corner which was slightly discounted for hotel guests. There were only 2 shower rooms for entire hotel and bathing times were quite limited: Bath only from 3pm to 9pm, and showers only from 8am. So while hotel suited my needs I felt hotel was a bit dishonest.

Very budget stay .. close to namba and dotonbori .. Don quijote supermarket is walking distance from the hotel The place is run down and smells of mold in the bathroom .. rooms are too tiny and shabby and the furniture is dilapidated..

The room was old, but clean. Considering the price per night, it was fine for me. Room and facilities looks as it is on photo. Women only toilets only on 6F, felt uncomfortable to use toilet on the floor my room was.
-
Good price, located in a busy area but room was still quiet. Good clean Japanese style room. Helpful staff. They Close the laundry and showers after 10 pm.
-
The service was not welcoming at all. And in the end, I did not get access to my room.
-
Everything.

Cheap. Very uncomfortable floor mattresses, onsen is only for males, pretty rundown. Asked if I could leave my bags after I checked out the night before - was told yes, when came back for bags, was confronted by a very rude old man yelling at me that I couldn’t leave my bags there. Haven’t had any Japanese people act like that before! Sooo rude.

The hotel is way better then the reviews suggest. It surpassed my expectations. My room seemed to have been relatively recently renovated and was ok comfy. The location is good, close to the metro and jr station The tatami mats were a bit uneven. The door to the room was just a thin metal sheet, so that every noise on the hallway could be heard. The bathroom facilities still await renovations and the hallways give the feels of an ooold youth hostel. I think they are on a good way though, and are worth a higher rating than they recently have.

Separate Ladies Shower and Toilets? Personal doesn’t speak proper English ?↔️ Water dispenser without cups. Luggage can’t be leaved in the hotel after check out. Clean and comfy rooms.
