Verry good service Always clean the property and spa

Honestly, probably one of my worst stays in a hotel ever. Showers located on the first floor (which was beyond awkward), the shared bathroom had no soap, the matters was so thin that I basically slept on the floor, the pillow was waaay too hard. List goes on really
-
Location is convenient near convenience stores and the train station. Facilities were okay as well Room was a bit dusty and triggered some allergies, and a bit small, but manageable if you’re out for most of the day
-
The place is nice, old but with all the necessary stuff. That they don’t give u a towel, and depending on where is ur room, it can be very difficult to sleep because of the noises of the metro next to the hotel.
-
The staff was absolutely fantastic, both attentive to my needs and very fun to talk to as well.
-
The location is convenient, close to everything you need with quiet neighborhoods. Ang the staffs are approachable and is quick to assist with the needs of their guests. You get what you pay for. It is a decent place to stay in but if you are someone who is particular and sensitive when it comes to sharing spaces this might get you uncomfortable with the setup.

Desk is missing on room.
-
It’s close to major train stations, including the JR Line, the Nankai Line (which goes to the airport), and the Osaka Metro. The staff are friendly. Check-in is only until 10 p.m., so be sure to check your arrival time before making a reservation.

Clean, simple, nice location
-
It’s close to everything that a tourist would want to see. All walkable distances. The air con is not soo cool. So the room was a bit hot. The walls are not thick, I could hear the neighbors talking or moving something.
-
The price is the best part of this lodging. Second, the neighborhood is close to the fun shopping district. Close to the train station. The guests in the next room stumbled in drunk at 2 a.m. and talked loudly for almost an hour. The only shower facility is on the main floor, and often occupied.
-
Its a small room, with a tatami bed, but its convenient and cheap. Service is great, easy to work with and they are super honest people
-
Facilities were clean and accessible, staff were very helpful The futons were a little uncomfortable
-
The price was high for the room we got, the room was the tiniest I've ever seen, I am pretty sure it was just for one person not for 2 because there was not enough space for the 2 single mattresses we got, the space was just for one. We ended up putting one over the other one and sleeping really tight. Not sure if all the rooms are the same or we just got a little one.

Passable
-
It’s close to different train station lines. The receptionists are accommodating and nice. Facilities are clean even though it’s for sharing. Free iced and hot water, coffee, and tea. Nothing. I liked my stay and would probably stay here again in the future.
-
Close to train stations, subway, shops and Shinsekai. Lots of common space and a nicely decorated terrace. The facility has been renovated, which is visible in many aspects. Even though there are only four showers available for all customers, sometimes you only have to wait a few minutes. One small elevator that moves slowly - sometimes it was quicker to use the emergency stairs as the building does not have an internal staircase. Women's toilets start from the fifth floor. When choosing a Japanese-style room I expected tatami, but there were wooden floors.

Good

Great location, no fuss single room hotel.

Staff are lovely and great value for money. Location is great (1 minute walk from the station) however, it is also very noisy throughout the night which isn’t helped by the really thin windows and walls. Ear plugs are a must! Also shared bathroom is on the ground floor in the main lobby area so you’ll need to walk past people checking in to get showered in the morning. Not a major thing but something of note if you were expecting one shower per floor.
