The air conditioning kept turning off.

Kid's (and adult's) paradise! My 5 year old loved the hotel and even our baby had lots of fun, really a place for everyone. My husband enjoyed the massage chairs, lava stones and free beer. Location is great, 5min to Tenoji station by walk which is a great connection place in Osaka. Train from the airport stops there which is a huge plus!

The location was fantastic, close to Tennoji Station and Shinsekai was within walking distance. The hotel offers many activities, ideal for families with children. Unfortunately, we were outside all day and weren't able to take advantage of them all. However, we thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary drinks. To have our luggage sent to another hotel, we had to go to the nearby supermarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us fill out the address in Japanese on the form. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed on our 3 week trip. Extremely kind and attentive staff. Amazing amenities and tons of activities to do. Everything was perfect except for one small issue. The drink lounge would have a very unpleasant smell, i am assuming from the beer dispenser and curry being in the same vicinity. A very small issue

Kids amenities and Bali theming. Location near Tenno-ji and Shinsekai were very walkable. No complaints.

Room had no explanation for A/C controls or anyway that I could tell to really cool it down. If they had something in English to explain it or a way to actually cool the room down so it wasn't so hot even in March that would have been superb.

I got very sick and had to go to the e.r. and the staff was very helpful and concerned. The massage chair and couch were too short for Amazon tall people...I'm 5'11" and my husband is 6'6".

Great location, just a very short walk from Tennoji Station in central Osaka and easy to get to and from Kansai Airport. Superb, attentive, hard-working staff. Clean rooms. Lots of free amenities. Only negative was the lighting in the room could have been stronger. It was a bit dim in the deluxe room.

The location is great! It’s around the corner from the Tennoji train station so it’s easy to get around the city. The room and hotel itself were very clean and nice. It’s a great place for kids! We booked on Booking.com for three people, and when we got there, they said the third bed was for a small child so we had to pay another $100 (usd) per night for my adult daughter. It was the most expensive stay we had our entire trip. I would have chosen another hotel if I had known I’d be paying $350 per night.

We have a high floor room, so the view is incredible. The hotel offer a lot of free services and it's good for children and family. Unfortunately, we've not chance to enjoy all of the offerings. Good location though!
