Location Wasn’t the most clean or atleast the japan cleanliness standard one would expect. There was a giant cockroach in our room and naturally after that event we had to spend a whole excruciating day. Staff is hardly visible and everything is self service.

Rooms a bit small

1. We had a river facing room on the 8th floor, a truly surreal experience. 2. There was an air purifier in the room. 3. The room featured adjustable lighting modes, with the switch located near the main door. 4. A study table was there with lighting provided. 5. The room was quite spacious compared to typical hotel rooms. 2. The room wasn’t as warm in comparison with Kyoto and Tokyo's Hotels.

Great location, close to everything, Temmabashi station right next door, rooms are good size, river views, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not good value at Y1600, staff English is poor, only one TV channel!!!. Decor is dated.

1. The location is beautiful, which is very close to the river, subway station, and Osaka castle park. 2. The hotel is quite private with quiet place. 3. There are convenient stores and cafe nearby. The lobby is not at the entrance, you need to go to the 7th floor. There is no provided breakfast.

Great location, 20 minute walk to Osaka castle, metro station and shopping mall. We were Wonderful location andable to store luggage due to early arrival. When we returned after visiting the castle our luggage had been placed in our room.

The view of the river was superb! The breakfast was ok. The room temperature was ok. The beds were comfy. The staff's English could use some improvement. ?
