Onyado Nono Namba Natural Hot Spring

The breakfast room seems small for the demand and it was inconvenient having to wait for a breakfast table.

Great location, loved the onsen! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. We were able to walk or taxi to many places. My only critique is the pillows were too hard and we could have used more than one pillow per bed.

Rooms are clean, big, pretty and comfortable. very near to a main station and to key places as dotonbori. Free miso soup and free ice cream are big deals too! And onsen was a great experience

The hotel is central for the Osaka Dotonbori area. Plenty of eating and shopping locations in the vicinity. Room size was quite good for Japan. The hotel has a "no shoes" policy, but there are lockers in reception to stow your shoes. Breakfast was very good with Japanese and European options. Very nice onsen and sauna. Hotel provides Japanese style clothes to wear in the hotel if you want. The view from the room was to a wall of the adjacent building. Check-in and out is a bit impersonal as they use automated machines, but I found this quite often during my trip.

They have free ramen every evening, it taste good, but the area is not too clean. The area is troubled by over-tourism. The corridor of the level where i am staying at has a stinky urine smell, informed front desk but it was not improved throughout the 2 night stay. The furnitures (bed, table, sink) of the hotel room is not so cleaned that i have to wipe it myself. The smoking room is located at the second floor where the onsen is, you can smell cigarette from the lift when it stops at second floor. So unpleasant that i did not went to the onsen.

The onsen experience was really good. I fonly the size of the pool had been bigger, the experience would have been excellent. The size of the room could be a little bigger.

This is my second time staying at this property, and it has exceeding my expectations once again. The beds are comfortable, and rooms are on the larger side, the spa facilities are beautiful and a great way to unwind after a long day, the location cannot be beat, and the breakfast buffet is delicious with a great variety. A great accommodation choice. The check out process was my only complaint. We asked for the front desk to call us a cab as we had 4 suitcases and 2 large backpacks, and we were told to want down the street to find a cab, and that he wouldn’t call one.

Beds were pretty firm with tiny pillows. Air conditioner was leaking. Staff was incredibly kind and fixed the issue.

Really enjoyed all the amenities provided by Onyado, including the public bath, laundry room, complimentary ice cream, ramen, and drinks. The rooms were very clean and gave me an authentic Japanese atmosphere. The breakfast buffet (available for purchase) was an excellent value, and I would love to stay here again many times in the future. some of the staff members were not friendly. they looked tired maybe from overwhelming crowds that come in, but of the staff were friendly.

Pillows are hard as rock

I enjoyed the furo, breakfast selection, and snacks. The room and the remainder of the hotel were pleasant as well. The changing room for the furo area was cramped. The dining room/area was small. I realize that both are subsequent to the hotel being in a major city such as Osaka, as opposed to a city out of the major metropolitan areas, however. In addition, the step up to the bathroom in the room was high.

Clean, very convenient. It is in between Kuromon Market and Dotonbori. Didn’t have a bath tub.
