They let us keep the bags before checking and also after checkout which was very convenient. There is also a bathroom near the reception that you can use. Drinking water too.

The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed, the hotel is clean, offers a laundry service and free snacks. It's also close to the subway, maybe a 10-minute walk or less.

The esthetic and fun colors it has. Good for children because of play room. The room was comfortable. The laundry area was excessively dusty, even when in use during drying. A significant amount of dust accumulated within the garments.

All! super cool Bed might be bigger

There was no breakfast. There was however a microwave, available snacks and available flowing green tea provided regularly. Location is steps away from Shinsekai center; Also steps away from Ebisucho Train station. This makes getting around Osaka SO much easier. Many restaurants within walking distance-including Street Legal Mario Karting; only steps away from Fawn Hotel. I am tall, so, some things were a bit of a challenge for me. Aside from that, there was not much that made my day unpleasant

It’s very convinient to go around within the vicinity of rhe hotel. Convini, drugstore,groceries,subway stations and the Tsutenkaku tower was around 10mins walk only.. wifi / rooms / staff all are superb. Looking forward again to stay here in my next trip in osaka. Higly recommened this hotel ?? Nothing!

Didn't like having to pay a city tax on arrival. I have no problem with paying for the tax, but add the tax to the overall price of the booking.

clean and good facilities, especially the baggage storage before/after check in and free use of the cafe staff was not very kind at all, pillow is basically made out of sand it’s heavy and thick, not comfortable at all, and the comforter is not warm enough

Quiet and easy to fall asleep, staff helpful explaining and showing a hand out of all the check-in and checkout procedures up front. Staff efficiently did paperwork and took payment for luggage transfers, and confirmed we were ok with the two day delivery timing. Having laundry at the hotel. Filtered water dispenser in the lobby easy to fill any size bottle. Tea in the lobby. Wish there were some hooks to hang a laundry line in the room since dryers are notoriously weak in Japan, tried hanging some in the closet but two of us sharing the room, closet did not have enough space to do that. Things had to just be spread on the bed and table edge to finish drying.

I only had 1 pillow, so a second would have been nice

The price was great. Wished that an attendant started at 7am rather 8am to assist with my luggage forwarding. Was hoping to leave earlier in the morning.

We arrive super late but the hotel provides easy check in instructions and our luggages were already brought to our room. The lobby smells so nice, water dispenser provided, and fun game room! Everything was so clean and the pillows are comfy. Really love this small pretty hotel.
