The location is really good and close to the Ebisucho Station. If you exit from Exit 2, it'll be a short walk to the hotel. Do note that Exit 2 doesn't have an elevator. If you exit from Exit 1B, there is an elevator but a long wait as there might be a lot of people and a longer walk as well. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious enough for a medium sized luggage. The hotel is also close to the Shin-Imamiya Shinkansen station, perhaps a 10-15 mins walk. Be aware of the breakfast, if your room rate comes with it. I have been to other APA hotels and the breakfast here pales in comparison. In addition, I think the layout of them items are a little unsanitary; the items were laid out without any food covers at a lower-than-waist level. In addition, there were not a lot of items to choose from. The bread on the 1st day was nice but on subsequent days, they were just dried up slices of baguette. I've also observed that some guests, maybe from the Middle East, looked rather displeased with the food. There are various other breakfast options near to the hotel.

Excellent location, just 3 min from the subway, with several convenience stores nearby. Don Quijote is only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel was exceptionally clean, offered a great variety of amenities, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. It exceeded my expectations in every way and was the perfect place to stay. I would definitely stay again! honestly, nothing.

Was centrally located near all the things I wanted to do and not top hard to get to by train. Staff was capable and courteous.
-
APA standard – we have used this hotel chain many times, and everything was exactly as expected. One of the biggest advantages was the ability to leave our luggage at the hotel for the entire day before check-in, as well as the convenient luggage transfer service to another APA hotel.

Lack of foods that all

The location and professional staffs. It will be best if the breakfast time can move bit early as 06:30.

The location was in the heart of Osaka and a 2-minute walk to popular train stations that will bring you anywhere in Japan. Dotonbori, Universal Studio's, Shinsaibashi-suji shopping street, Kyoto, Deer Park, Kuromon Market. Sites like Tsutenkaku tower was in walking distance as well as popular eating spots. The hotel also had coin operated laundry and a drink machine on the 7th floor. The room was extremely small for western standards, but it still was comfortable. There was about a foot and a half between the dresser and my bed and I couldn't open my suitcase unless I put it on my bed. For 3 people it was kind of tight, and one person had to exit the room or go into the bathroom so other people can exit. The hallway was about the size of the isles on a plane. The hotel staff are also very hands off and when you check in you will check in through a terminal and when you check out you will drop your key in a box.

Guess it'd be nice if there were more chairs at the lobby as a lot of people have to wait for the 15 pm check in for an hour and more at the lobby and there's no space.
-
Look the location is good and its an apa. They're all the same It was extremely loud. I was on the 11th floor which seemed to be right overlooking a busy road. It was more like an apartment at that level and was very open, as opposed to being indoor hotel corridors. You will not sleep

No spa
-
the location is conveniently adjacent to metro and walkable to museum, gardens and other interesting place in Osaka the room is a bit small but thats what Japan
-
Close to transit Room was a bit dirty. Shower curtain had brown markings that were disgusting. Tv had splatter on it from previous guest. The staff did not provide cleaning on the third day and did not leave me a towel bag at the door. Very noise
-
I liked that it was near the train station exit with an elevator. Location made it so worth it. Check out was easy. Staff was alright. View from my room was ok too.
-
Outside corridors
-
Very close to centre
-
They also didn't explain the check-in process properly, and my friends needed to go up and down to try to find their room because the room number was not printed out.
-
Close to many stores and restaurants Very busy/loud area to stay in
-
Central location .and connectivity 2 km walking distances around the market area also the ibisucho station is at walkable distance . Booking.com should have a comment on hotels which undergoes renovation of new construction near by which causes high noise levels
-
the hotel is located at a busy intersection that also includes a highway. The noise was substantial. The staff tried to accommodate what they could but it is the locaton of the place that is just not suitable for anything residential.

The breakfast isn't rlly worth it. They also don't do luggage delivery to Haneda airport. There is construction nearby but I never rlly noticed it from my room.
