Close to the train station. Free coffee and bread in the am Rooms were small and cramped. No tv. Bathroom had no exhaust so was stuffy and smelled. Bed was uncomfortable along with the pillows. No one comes to even clean the garbage from the room unless you ask before 9 am. The worst wifi that wouldn’t work.

The room was clean Old room that was musty. The bathroom had a weird smell. Bed was uncomfortable. Desk and fridge were cheap. Offered breakfast was basically nothing but some assortment of breads. It felt way more like a 2 star hotel than 3. The water temperature kept on changing even mid shower and the shower head was super tiny and flimsy, it was a tube basically.

Location was good. Close to two stations, one jr and the subway. Room was clean and tidy. Great having access to coffee/ tea downstairs plus bread offered in the morning that was complimentary. Great to start the day off. Also had access to bikes for a small fee. Bathroom on the small side so a bit of a squeeze, but sufficient for our needs.

Great location near the subway. Right beside the Shinsakei area and walking distance to Dotomburi. Coffee and bread each morning was lovely. Staff were very pleasant and spoke good English The room was quite small

Nice location It was extremely tiny. I literally didn't fit in the bathroom and had to bend my legs while on the toilet.

They have a nice bubble tea shop just downstairs, very good matcha latte bubble tea I drank every afternoon after tiring days of sightseeing :) The rooms are small so don’t travel with big suitcases!

The room style was very cute and clean (I like that no shoes are allowed in the room). It was also quite close to the Metro lines and very nice to have a tea shop in the lobby! 三浦さん was very helpful with transporting our luggage back to Tokyo! Thank you! The shower curtain was a bit dirty, it would have been nice to have a tv in the room and a little bit more space to fully open my luggage but overall it was a very comfortable space.

The room was cute and clean. The room is so small there's hardly space to open the luggage. The staff seemed nice, but when I've asked for the luggage delivery service, she obviously took advantage of me and scammed me. I've sent 2 luggage to my next hotel with a 2 days delivery service from the hotel and I knew what a friend of mine paid from the hotel next door. So at first the price the receptionist told me was matching my friend's quotation (just above 2000¥ per luggage), then when I was checking out, the receptionist started to check the measurements and said that it was more than that, about 4000¥ for one luggage and 2000¥ the other, than she was asking 18500¥ for the 2 luggage, which was crazy, she than changed to 8500¥. She made me stay there for half an hour and I couldn't be bother anymore and ended up paying that price, which was literally double than what it should've been. My next hotel also confirmed that I've got overcharged from this hotel.
