Location was walking distance from a metro station ( 10 minutes walk away walk). Convenience stores were close by. Place was clean. Great value for money. Rooms were tiny sized and bathrooms were also small. The washrooms didn’t have Japanese toilets.

Really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I clearly placed the room cleaning request card on my door, but housekeeping completely ignored it—came back to an untouched room after a full day out. On top of that, the bed was not clean and I suspect there were bed bugs, which made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. For the price paid, this level of hygiene and service is unacceptable. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their housekeeping standards. Really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. This is a comfortable, but not fancy, property handily located a few minutes walk from Shin-Imamiya station and nearby subway station. Staff at check in and check out were friendly. The room came will all the expected amenities of a compact Japanese hotel room. Being on a side street it was very quiet. Despite having an electric kettle and mugs in the room, the only offering was coffee - no green tea or roasted green tea. This was surprising given my general experience of hotels in Japan, and especially in a nation of tea drinkers.

Superb location, clean and friendly staff just wish the beds & pillows were softer

Clean room and new towels every day. Coffee was for additional charge in the lobby. Everything in the room looked very cheap. No hangs in the bathroom for towels or plug close to the mirror for hair dryer. For bucket of ice, you need to ask at the reception. Elevator was super slow, no bottes of water provided in the rooms.

    - The staff were genuinely kind and always willing to help. - The location was convenient enough for getting around. - When booking, we chose the Superior Twin Room because the description included beautiful photos with city views of Osaka (unlike the Standard Twin Room, which didn’t). However, the room we were given had no view at all. It looked directly onto a wall or emergency staircase just a few centimeters from the window. There was no natural light, and certainly no view (see attached comparison photos). I hope this serves as a warning for anyone considering a “superior” room in hopes of getting a view, or at least daylight. If city views are not a guaranteed feature of the Superior Twin Room, then for the sake of honesty, those photos should be removed from the room’s description to avoid misleading future guests. - The room had several design and layout issues, as if it had been designed by someone who’s never stayed in a hotel room. For example, there was only one power outlet near the bed. If you need to charge multiple devices, you’ll end up hunting for outlets around the room, or unplugging the TV or fridge just to access one. There were no outlets in the bathroom or near a mirror, so if you want to use the hair dryer, you’ll have to do it blindly, without a mirror. - The mattresses were very hard, even compared to sleeping on a futon. - The general design and decor of the hotel give off an unfinished and outdated vibe. I assume the cork walls in the entrance are intentional, but they made it feel like the place was still under construction.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They helped me with the reservation of a restaurant for my birthday as it was not possible to do it online, as well as the reservation of the entrance at the Osaka Aquarium. A 7/11 is located just on the other side of the street and 2 Family Marts on the way till the metro station. Bella Vita massage place as well, located a few meters from the hotel. Check it out as you definitely need a super massage in Japan. I used to walk till the centre.. it's more or less 30 mins, but if you prefer to go by transport, the metro is not far from the hotel. Room size is the only point here, but you have to consider Japan standard. It's tough to find a proper room in terms of size, for a normal acceptable price.

This was our first stay in Japan, and the service was excellent—such a great start to our trip in an unfamiliar country. The staff was kind and helpful, which really put us at ease. We also really appreciated the lounge area on the ground floor. It was super convenient to be able to prepare a quick meal and sit down to enjoy it in a comfortable space. Another helpful feature was the luggage storage option. Being able to leave our bags for a while made things so much easier and allowed us to enjoy our time without hassle. The only downside was the bathroom. It didn’t feature Japan’s signature high-tech toilet with bidet functions, which we had been looking forward to. It felt like something was missing from the full Japanese experience. Also, the mattress was quite firm, which might not suit everyone’s comfort preferences.

The bed was even more comfortable than my own bed at home, I loved it. It is somewhat not in the middle of the action but subway lines are close.

    good service and cleanliness none

Very close to main metro lines, walking distance to central areas with reasonable prices. Staff was amazing and helpful, did not have any issues. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but I guess this is normal for Japan.

They went the extra mile for us! Definitely recommend!

The staff were so lovely, great location. Small rooms but expected. The beds are very firm so if you aren’t used to that you may struggle. We were so happy with our stay!
