Location, staff, close to a supermarket, metro station and Shinsekai. All short walking distance. Also very close to shin imamiya station that goes to kix airport. Perfect stay, you won't regret it Nothing

We stayed here for 6 nights and 7 days, and everything was perfectly fine. The location is very accessible, the room was cleaned every day, and they provided free water and coffee daily. Im happy with our whole stay here. None so far.

Location is great. Close enough for Namba station.

we didnt get a chance for breakfast or coffee on the property, but we enjoyed the kindness of the staff and the view from the room! we could see the tsutenkaku tower beautiful at night! we were very comfortable in our room even though a bit small with two twin beds. my favorite was a desk near the window and a place to have my konbini snacks and watch terebi! (TV) .... easy walking to train station as well! was very hot.....like a sauna.... in the room when we got in, but we were grateful to be able to cool it down after awhile! also wish Japan would make their PJs in sizes for foreigners. we would love to be able to relax in the comfy clothes too.

1 stop away from Namba Station. Very quiet area with very few people taking the train towards that direction. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms with fresh towels and pyjamas. The view is not too bad either. Not much to say. Just a minor, easily solvable oversight.

The location was excellent, close to convenient stores and restaurants. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and the room was super clean.

the hotel look new. the cleanness is excellence. male staff at the front can speak English and very eager to help. location is excellence near train station and metro station, convenience store , super market , restaurant nearby. i set a/c in my room to be cooling but it try to be heater.

The hotel is close to the metro, check-in was quick, the room was okay, nothing special. The area is also okay, there's a convenience store, like everywhere in Japan. Access to the hotel is easy, the staff is a bit sleepy, but helpful. From the photo, you might think this hotel is more traditional, but it's just a standard business hotel, not as close to Namba Station as the map suggests. And it was kind of uninviting... I won't be staying there again.

Distance to train stations are near. AC need to clean.

I liked the convenience of location and privacy. The room walls were a bit damaged and seemed a bit dirty but I ignored it and it didn't bother me that much

Tables are provided to have own meals. Helpful staff although their English are limited.. Location is good No hanger in the bathroom. The carpet looks old.

The wifi signal was weak and unstable.

Simplicity and value for money. Convenient location. The room as too small for 4 persons, 2 adults and 2 9-11 year old. The AC and refrigerator noise was a bit too much.

Location close to metro line which was convenient. Bed was better than expected and staff was friendly. The hotel building was easy to find Also close to a 24 hr supermarket and laundry mat which we took advantage of. Traffic could be a little loud but that's ok, seems like a more industrial area and not crowded with people on the street with nightlife. It was a perfectly fine place to sleep.

Great View, comfortable and clean room, amazing location and all for a reasonable price!
