The hospitality was great at this hotel. The room was spacious for a Japanese hotel. Cleaning and amenities, like water and towels, were refreshed daily. Staff was kind and helpful. The free liquor/beer and ramen was definitely a highlight

The location is very convenient. The room are very clean. The ramen night are so good!! I try to go the hotspring but I didn’t know that in Japan you have to enter naked.
-
Location and staff made the difference. Room spacious enough. The very nice rooftop garden is also great. The hotel seems flooded with group tours (in our case Korean) who were loud throughout the hotel.
-
I liked that the room was spacious, there was a large onsen, and the ramen served in the evening was delicious. I didn’t like that there were many tour groups staying at the hotel, which made it quite crowded, and the rooms were not very soundproof, so it was noisy most of the time.

Classic, clean, comfortable Nothing

Great location, near the tower and metro station. Pretty room with plenty of space for 2, well organized, large window that you can open a bit, plenty of natural light and street view. Everything works well. Comfortable beds The rooftop terrasse is really nice, worth a visit Extremely nice staff, speaking English very well. You can do a late check out for a small fee and until 2pm. Good breakfast, large selection, and also free ramen, drinks and ice-cream at times The whole place was clean and quiet and well taken care of. We were worried about the large tourists groups, there were some but no bother at all. By the time we went to breakfast they were almost gone and at night it was kind of fun and lively. Same for the nice onsen, there was nobody when we used it. Highly recommended ! We will stay there again Nothing

Excellent location! Amazing staff! Facilities were great! Wish I had more time there!
-
The location, ambiance, staff and services. The room has a very nice design also and very clean. The room size is decent but a bit small for a family of four with teenagers considering also we have lots of luggage which is normal when you’re in Japan because you will shop a lot ?

Varied choice at breakfast and free drinks and ice cream were great (we didn't try free Ramen or activities but they looked good and we're well used). Right next to tube station and shops. Had onsen which we didn't try. Very busy at times. Seemed to be a hotel more used by Japanese than European tourists. Room size was ok.

The location is great. And they accommodate family of 5 in one room. Not the coziest place, but good value.

Great breakfasts, fun happy hours, marvelous onsen and massage chairs. Terrific location. Super helpful staff!

Overall, the accommodation was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always smiling, making tourists feel welcome. The management was well organized, and there were complimentary drinks and ramen provided for guests, which I found very impressive. The location was also very convenient, as it is close to a subway exit and a 24-hour supermarket, making it easy to shop anytime

It's very busy. Not as good for young families since we are further from the action
-
overly crowded and facilities are good though very clean

Location, facilities.

Clean and well equipped.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. Although the room was small, it was well maintained and functional. The location is central and very well connected by public transport, and while the area is not the prettiest, it never felt unsafe. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable option. The hotel felt quite crowded, as it is popular with local families due to the free ramen dinner and buffet, which caused queues for the elevators, especially in the evenings. Additionally, considering the area, the price felt a bit high, even though we stayed during peak season at the end of the year.

It had a lot of amenities like onsen, massage chairs, etc Although there were a lot of amenities, it was also hard to enjoy the amenities because this hotel works with your companies so it is jam PACKED. the revelatory takes forever so you have to wait a lot time for the elevator. The meets massage chairs but all the Chinese tourists are all over it that you have to wait forever to maybe get a turn. Their toilet smells like sewer all the time, especially when it flushes. The people at the front desk are not very friendly or nice. No smiles and they look like they’re exhausted and done with that job.
