Plenty of space with all the amenities we needed. Nice lobby area with games that we didn't have a chance to use. The place was showing a little wear - tears in the paper screen door and a few marks on wall paper. But didn't impact the comfort of the stay.

It has elevator straight to your room. Also very accessible to stores. Laundry is just close by 24 hrs. Self check in and check out. Towels need to replace a new one. It smells and looks old.

The location is excellent- close to restos and very lively street Shinsaibashi The bed was not comfortable as we could feel the springs poking our backs. For one night it was OK.

It was near a lot of known landmarks in Japan. The room was spacious. My family of 7 had a great time there. None

Super convenient location, good space and comfortable for our family of five. Shower is a little tricky but it is water-conserving which is good. Wish there was a washer dryer on-site but there is a laundromat just down the road.

Amazing value for money. Clean. Close to metro. Great traditional decor but with comfy Western style beds. Easy self check-in.

Our beloved base for discovering Osaka. 10 minutes walk from the metro, and you will have not only a room, but a whole flat. We loved the Japanese style. Spotlessly clean, well equipped place, with a very good aircon. As the place has dining space, we have used it. And you are in Japan, eating takeaway food = lots of plastic waste. We found it problematic to throw away the thrash, as the owners haven't emptied the bin.
