The rooms and bathroom were small for 2 people.

the hotel is 30 min walking distance from the city center and the staff is not friendly specially Maike and Atsuko. They let as pay for 10 min late than 11:30 even we do not the time of check out because they have bad communication. I believe there are better options than this hotel. I do not recommend it

Wonderful staffs, the daily Happy Hour of free beer/sake followed by light meals serving, the bed is big and comfy, the foot massager in the room, the location is super great and convenient too, and they accommodate my request to combine beds as we were travelling with a toddler. We had a great stay here and would definitely be back again!

The room was getting very hot over night (and early morning - the window frames were hot and generating heat, there was even heavy condensation formed on the window) and we could not rest too well. There is AC, it's above the bed and noisy so i could not turn it at night to not wake up my girlfriend and vice versa. We usually kept it on before going to sleep with a lower temperature to compensate over night. It was better, but still not enough to get a good night's sleep. Some ventilation could help.

Everything was excellent! We were very happy with our stay. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I especially liked the facilities, such as the hair straightener and foot massager. I didn’t like that the room window couldn’t be opened. I would have preferred to get fresh air from outside, but we had to rely on the room’s ventilation system. Nevertheless, the air quality was still good and everything else was great.

The stay was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a complimentary amenity of your choice at check-in, along with a free drink for one night. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. NA

Great location, clean rooms bigger than Tokyo rooms but still very small for the King Room. They have laundry facilities which is great. They provide only 1 drink per customer for each stay. Smoking room is a small tiny box fit for 3 people. We didn’t get to try the happy hour because it was always empty after 30 mins.

The staff is what made this experience so nice. Of course, it's in the middle of everything, but once you walk into the hotel, the kindness extended made it so special. The curtousy extended to me on this solo trip was really nice from a not-so-pleasant stay I'd just had in Hiroshima. I wish I was there more than a single night. The room isn't large, but that's to be expected when you get a twin. I also hoped my room would have a better tower view (and it did have a tower view, it's just that I had to be at a slight angle to see it). Not a big deal at all.
