great location, very welcoming reception, cheap rate but quality hotel. Behind mega donki, drugstores in front of hotel, plenty of restaurants. maybe 300-400 meters away nearest subway station. nothing. if you are sensitive with noises, maybe you can request a higher floor. My room is on the 2nd floor, and just one night of my stay, I heard intoxicated people screaming outside the hotel. It doesn't really bother me because it stopped maybe after 30mins

Staff was so friendly, location is near many restaurants, train station, mega don quijote and tennoji zoo is only 3mins walk!

This hotel is amazing!! Great location with tons of food options right outside the hotel The beds and pillows were by far the best from their other KOKO hotel Ikebukuro. I would definitely stay this hotel again!

Front desk process was quick and efficient, which is much appreciated after a late flight. Standard amenities for short stays are available (if not in the room, at the lobby), even disposable chopsticks and spoons. Microwave and coin laundry are also available and there's a restroom at the lobby. Room cleaning is scheduled but towels are replaced daily. What I liked best is that the hotel turns their restaurant/breakfast area into a share space from 11:00 am onwards for free use of check-in guests. We usually brought back takeaway meals as we're already too tired to go out at night and it was great to have ample space to wind down and eat dinner. The hotel is right along the eateries of Shinsekai and near Tsutenkaku Tower but is surprisingly still quiet at night and in the early morning. Barely anything to find fault in, except the size of the room. Just like in most hotels in Japan, room was small. I've pretty much accepted this, of course, but the tiny space does affect one's overall perception of room comfort a bit.

Super convenient and well situated for transport links and food options. The free amenities are great!The bathroom was a delight. "views to nowhere" but this is normal for Japan. I would also offer the use of the washing machines for free as securing the change is not allways that easy

I really like the location of this place 10 out of 10 I would go back. I didn't like there was no smart TV. So no Netflix or anything while in the room

Absolutely amazing location close to everything: food, tourist attractions, train station, convenience stores, etc. Food literally right downstairs and convenience store across the street. FANTASTIC staff, so kind, so understanding. Rooms had regular cleaning schedules and were very organized. The only downside we had was trying to do laundry with their facilities in the lobby. The drying cycle took 2 and a half hours for a small load of laundry, even after cleaning out the vent systems.

1. As it locates near the station but the surroundings are not suitable to the ones love quiet because there are so many restaurants. 2. Dust in the room. 3. No drinking water. Actually, there are the drinking machines (water, juice, coffee and chocolate) provided in the restaurants. In the evening, when the restaurant was closed, hotel staff took us to use these machines. But in the morning, the restaurant staff said that if we don’t have BF included, we cant use these machines. It was so confusing.

Very close to so many restaurants, 2 family marts, 1 lawson, many sugi drugstores, Mega donki, and a daily yamazaki. Staff were very helpful. They can speak some English. Bringing a 28 and 30 inch luggage was a mistake. It was a little difficult to open and move around them because of the tight room space. I recommend smaller luggages for these kinds of rooms.
