A lot of things to do, food court, entertainment, spa and pool great location near osaka tower and main touristic atractions Maybe the rule of not shoes in all the hotel you have to leave your shoes at the entrance most places in japan leave it only for the room here is all the hotel a little bit inconvenient

Brand new or newly renovated room; awesome onsen and spa services; location near train station, convenience store, Don Quijote, and Shinsekai area; breakfast buffet included with room; I forgot my phone near exit and later found it at reception desk Lobby area in new building smelled of cigarette smoke; although short distance… having to walk from main building to new building in the cold as it was not enclosed; slippery floors and loud running children in Onsen area.

Amazing breakfast, baths are relaxing and clean. Staff is too inflexible about early check-in and late check-out. Also, things like inner tubes and cues for billiards should be included. Why no elevator??? This is inaccessible to many :(

I didn't like that in the picture of the room I booked, it showed a pink room so we booked it cause my birthday shoot in the hotel was pink themed but then when we checked in, we received a green room. I called the customer service for room change and they said they can't. They couldve uploaded an actual picture in the App where I booked. Which is the Booking.com.

- pls be aware (for foreigners) that Spaworld is NOT spa massage, but Yu (bath) - one night stay is ~21-22.000 yen, covered all the sauna and baths. - baths: asiatic vs european theme, men and woman interchanged by months. There are indoor and outdoor, hot and cold, also salt bath and scrub (with extra fee) - the bath is no special, but thanks to the theme, it kept the customers entertained - i stayed in the annex building (new building), rooms are new and spacious, especially the toilet area but we dont even use it that much - staff with poor eng efficiency. They really need to improve it - hotel does not allow guests to leave luggages and hang around. Need to find a coin locker - need to take off shoes after check in counter and then no shoes are needed. Only barefoot => okay for me asian, but others might find it hard to follow.

buffet breakfasts were value for money and a great food

Very nice hotel, spa, sauna, gym and location just in front of train station. We have to took off our shoes in and out to our room start from the lobby. They gave us a sticker label that we have to use while we enter the hotel to scan to enter t lobby hotel

The recently renovated onsen complex is the absolute highlight of this hotel. With a phenomenal variety of themed pools and temperatures (both indoor and out), the entire space is clearly designed for deep mental and physical relaxation. Loved that we could wear our pajamas in all parts of the hotel too, even at breakfast. The lobby decor changes to reflect the season, which is a nice touch. The location is also good, with an array of restaurants, convenience stores, a big Don Quixote (think “super Walmart,”Japanese-style) and subway lines just steps away. Beyond the baths, the hotel offers a karaoke bar, a fitness center, and a convenient food court. The rooftop pool complex and view are also pluses. The breakfast buffet is a solid mix of Japanese and Western staples. The staff—though incredibly friendly—primarily cater to Japanese guests and speak limited English. Having Google Translate ready made communication seamless. The guest rooms are small but you likely won’t be spending much time in them.

It is big, spacious, clean and pricing is very good for all the accommodations they provide

I love the way we were greeted although we could not speak Japanese the staff tried their best to help us. The young lady who was at the front desk guided and walked with the shoe locker area and to the hotel elevators and showed us how to use the hotel card. From the use of the Onsen to the breakfast buffet was an awesome experience we will never forget. I wish the had an escalators from the street level to the level of the entrance of Spa World. It was very difficult for us to carry our luggage up all those stairs.

Spa Room smells like feet. I had to go buy a deodorizing spray. Breakfast buffet was mediocre and was the same the next day. No elevator only my plenty of stairs to get in. Spa was closed when it should be open

Loved the rooms, the spa and just everything about it. Location is great too.

Good location, great onsen resort. It is interesting that this hotel forces you to walk either barefeet or with socks (e.g. no shoes), yet they allow roll-away suitcases to be entered. The wheels on these suitcases are even dirtier than your shoes. Yuck.

I liked the location and the price Staff seemed more distant and less helpful than most hotels we’ve stayed at. The escalator at the entrance was not working at the time of our arrival. They said they couldn’t help anyone. We had to carry all our families cases up the escalator on our own. They didn’t apologise or care that many elderly people were needing to do the same. Pretty bad service. Breakfast was average. Not many western options

The spaciousness of the rooms and the amazing breakfast! Having to take shoes off upon entry and not allowing tattoos even if covered.

The gym didn’t open until 12, but I usually go at 0700 before going out for the day, and I don’t get back until late so I never got to use the gym at all.

Breakfast was great, large variety Till 10.30

The pool hours and that the gym was not 24 hours.

The Spa world facilities are wonderful to the point one wouldn’t want to leave the hotel. 5 persons in the entrance and 4 more in the reception yet all the check-ins are done with machines. For some unexplained reason our checkin took over 45’ to the point of me crying at the machines, leaving my passports and begging the ladies to let me go up with the kids until they find how to properly check me in. This meant we missed a day at the spa&pools which is what we paid for in the first place.

Nice place with over-the-top spa. They had TVs everywhere in the baths and saunas! With the volume on. No one wants to see/hear a TV in a spa. And no one wants to see/hear Donald Trump in a spa!
