Bed is uncomfortable. In addition, light switch is located right in the center of the bed on the pillow level, so I woke up a couple times because of switching it on in my sleep. Also, sound isolation is really bad. I could almost hear my neighbor turn around the bed.

The staff were really nice. The room was fine. I am so glad I read the reviews and brought my own pillow. The one provided was so thin it resembles a folded towel.

The location was amazing. Right next to the Subway entrance and close to the tower and the assorted eateries and attractions associated with it. The hotel itself had a laundry room available for use with plenty of machines, a kitchen, and a large space to work or eat meals. The room was small but there was plenty of space to move around. I didn't mind the beds, but each night I could hear noise from outside the hotel and people moving around the corridor. In the mornings I was woken up to the sounds of construction work and people moving around in the corridor. Furthermore, the chair in the room was disgusting. It had so many stains. Likewise, the curtains were in a similar state.

This Hotel is perfect for those who wants a balance between price and confort and you just want a place to sleep while on your trip. the ubication is really well placed since is literally next to a train station entrance.

Everything was good. The staff was very friendly! It was a little bit cold in my room, but the air conditioner helped.

Really great location in front of the subway line and near Family Mart. Easily accessible and check in / check out procedures were a breeze. There was also free coffee and tea available all day long.

Room was not really clean, dust and lots of stains on walls as well as a hole. Bed very uncomfortable. Road noise inside the room was very bad and theres traffic 24/7. The noise insulation is extremely lacking towards the road and between rooms. You could hear all cars very very clearly. Cigarette smell throughout the whole facility though the room itself did not smell of cigarettes. The price is low yes, but clean rooms and normal soundlevels inside the room should be the minimum provided.

The location was great being close to 2 stations-subway and airport line. I didn't have any trouble with navigating to and from the hotel. The hotel was also near to several establishments such as convenience stores, restaurants and shops. The bed was not that comfy, but you get what you pay for.

I was honestly surprised by how much this place offers for the price. It's one minute from the nearest station and only about five minutes on foot from a major hub, which made getting around Osaka ridiculously easy. Plus, it's close to Tsutenkaku, so there's even a tourist spot right around the corner. The room itself was neat and had some amenities — nothing fancy, but exactly what you'd need for budget travel. What really caught me off guard was the bathroom: oddly spacious and spotless, especially considering how budget-friendly this place is. No breakfast, and amenities are pretty limited — don’t expect anything extra. But for the price, it’s hard to complain. The location is excellent, the room’s clean, and the bathroom is way better than expected. Ideal for solo or business travelers who just need the essentials.

The staff is really nice, they really want us to feel at ease. There’s an elevator, you can use or rent useful equipment. The Coin laundry really saved my trip .(did not have to get out of the hotel to do it ) I could smell cigarettes in the elevator but besides that everything was good.
