- The bath was nice and wide, and there was a sauna - The ability to buy snacks, ice cream and cup noodles in the lobby was a nice touch - I appreciated the provided pajamas - The selection of skincare products was very useful - The room was too small to get my things laid out properly - The shower room had a decent amount of mold in it - A lady came into the bath holding a GoPro - I have to wonder why someone didn't stop her earlier, because everyone passes by the front desk on the way into the bath, although they did talk to her after I told them about it - Generally a slightly dingy feel

Cheap Staff not accommodating.

Cheap Room smells like cigarette smoke, a lot of hair on the floor and bed, some guests are very rude and will not allow you to enter the elevator. Walls and doors so thin. A microwave by my door that everyone used and there would be constantly slamming of the microwave door and other guests door all night. People would play music or videos late at night and it would keep people up. Worst sleep I ever got, but just needed the stay for the flight I had in the morning.

Location very good. Friendly people. Simple but efficient.

Location was great, a/c was so strong and cool inside room, bed was really comfortable. The curtains at entrance to shared bathroom was dirty looking. The closet rack in shared shower was rusty and some floor areas were rusty.

There is a sauna and public bath available for free. Its private at the same cost as a typical hostel in japan. The location is great, near many great local restaurants and bars and convenience stores. I like that you can freely take towels slippers and bathrobes as they can easily become dirty. The room had black mold throughout and was very very very small. The window opens to another window so cannot get fresh air. The toilets were small and cramped and frequently had pee on them or the floor and generally i didnt want to touch them. The sauna and bath was so hot it burned my skin so i couldnt use. The staff were nice but not friendly. To get water you had to go all the way to the bottom lobby and as well the shower which was very inconvenient and caused long waits for the elevator which also had a mind of its own. Internet was ok but not great. Its as if privacy came at the cost of quality.

I stayed in a comparable hotel around the corner before. Both hotels were priced the same but this one has far poorer facilities. The shower room has broken walls so mold is growing, the bathrooms were quite run down.

Good value for money for Osaka Not so good value for money overall.

Room and hotel quite old. I thought there are sharing shower rooms at every floor, but it was only at the first floor near reception. Its not comfortable to go downstairs seeing the guests on the way and in out to shower room.

It was very affordable, there was a washing machine and dryer. There was even complimentary coffee.

Nice that it had a kitchen and lounge area and coffee and green tea included. Shower base not cleaned, drain full of hair. Futon on floor lacked padding for me. My body suffered. Futon should be thicker and raised off floor for an elderly person.

I had left my luggage on the flight and used the public bathroom. The room had already been cleaned in the meantime. Downstairs at reception they wanted more money first because it was a bit after check-out time. Although my room had already been cleaned and the cleaner said it wouldn't be a problem... - Room very small and basic
