I have been at this hotel many times over the years. It always meets or exceeds my expectations. Nothing.
-
Very close to one of the metro's exits. Since it's not on the main street it's quiet. Shinsekai is a 5min walk and there are plenty of convenience stores nearby.
-
I could walk to the station was so close Room space is extremely tiny , nothing cozy or luxurious .. the hotel vibe is more for business trips

I like the location and the staffs who are friendly The bed was outdated… spring cushions which make my back hurts and couldn’t sleep well. Other than that it’s a pretty decent stay

Excellent service, clean rooms and reasonable price, close to train station

For the price I paid, I am satisfied. As expected, room was small but very cozy. Had a nice view of the neighborhood. Bathroom was too small and a bit inconvenient to use. Also the shower water keeps getting cold after a few minutes. I had to turn off the shower knob and turn it back on to make the water warm again.

The location was very good!!! There were train and subway lines very close. The hotel offered a paid breakfast in a restaurant nearby. Fair and cheap. Cleaning was bad. The toilet seat did not fit the porcelain basin, was outdated. The toilet mechanism hidden that you use was sooooo dirty and black. What a shame. They booked a cleaning after 2 days but never cleaned.

The staff were good, the price was good, the location and Wi-Fi were great, and the refrigerator functioned well. Depending on your needs, it can be a good place to stay because it is located about 3-5 minutes from the Dobutsuen-Mae subway station on the Midosuji line; which made day-trips very convenient. Additionally, it is right next to an old shopping street (leaving the hotel, turn right) and on one side towards the right you'll find a lot of karaoke bars and Izakaya's; and turning left you'll find a nearby FamilyMart and be able to cross the street to find a ton of entertainment options such as an arcade, shooting galleries, archery games, and it all leads up to Tsutenkaku Tower in Shinsekai. The location was definitely the biggest highlight. The less ideal details included the bed, there was a hair on it; not a huge deal to me but not a great sign for cleanliness either. The bathroom was small, and since this was my first Japanese business hotel, I did not yet know that it is not standard for them to be that small. It was ok, but as a tall man it was hard to use the toilet or shower in the tight spaces. The bed itself was not comfortable, it was a cheap spring mattress, but I managed to sleep on it anyway because I was so tired from traveling the whole time I was there.

Everything’s fine only the building a little bit old and bathroom too small which normal in Japan

Amazing location, close to numerous stations, lots of kombini nearby as well as a Donki which might be useful for tourists. The bed was comfy, there was enough space to move and to open a middle size suitcase. There was plenty of space to put things, even though there wasn't a proper wardrobe. You can get free coffee at the reception, store your bags before check-in for free. The air conditioner worked well, and the temperature was good. They say the area can be dangerous but as a female solo traveller I didn't experience any trouble There wasn't any table lamp in the room. The window was blurred. Also there wasn't any kettle in the room, I saw an ad like you can rent it but it's still not handy. Despite the room being okay, there was mold in the bathroom.

Very close to metro

Reasonable room space. No plug points available for guest @ lobby. Could the laundry detergent be provided instead of having to purchase? Bed cause back pains but pillow n duvet was good. No facial of body amenities.
