Good

The hotel is kind of old, the room smell so bad. The onsen bath is kind of shared, the man can use it first and after they switch the time for ladies, so is limited to specific hours.

The room was really old and gross. You need to be prepared and lower your expectations a lot and if you're on a higher floor and you want to take a shower you need to go downstairs and go there which feels a little awkward there should be showers on every floor and 20 people share 2 toilets total.

The open bath was open for very limited hours, so I could not use it.

It was a very cheap stay and one of the larger rooms I’ve had during my time in Japan. I also found the resources to be helpful such as maps, routes and other information around the hotel. The bathroom area was also nice! With the price, it is a very run down hotel. The doors and walls are paper thin, my window was never fully shut and there was a hole in the wall by my bed with various wall stains. You get what you pay for but it felt completely safe and it was great having a private room!

Nothing Lacked cleanliness, there were feathers and hairs all around, AC was extremely dusty causing irritation to throat.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It lacked cleanliness in a lot of areas. There was dust in the elevator and the floor was dirty in a lot of areas. The toilets were not properly taken care of and overall, it was dirty.

Staff was nice, facility was good, the bed was super comfy, and the lights were old-school style I loved it! Yeah the bathroom is a shared one for the floor (there's like two for the floor with 20 something rooms) and some of the shower rooms were in a... iffy condition. But it's not like you HAVE to use that shower room if you don't want to. Like, both of the shower rooms in 3F was not the prettiest, so I just went to the ground floor and used the showers next to the public bathhouse there (they are the cleanest shower rooms in the hotel). For $20 a night? in the middle of osaka? with your OWN room (not a capsule)??? this place is an absolute STEAL. This isn't the prettiest hotel or anything, no. You *will* see some of the wallpaper peeling off, and the doors to your room has a detachable air vent underneath so that every little sound you make *will* be heard by the entire floor. I am the kind of person that can sleep underneath the railroad bridge during a thunderstorm so I personally did not mind it all, but if you are sensitive to sound especially while you sleep, this place is NOT for you. P.S. the WiFi does NOT work here.

Good staff, clean enough, good showers and chill neighborhood. The mattress is a bit hard.

Remembering this is an older business hotel with shared facilities, room was better than I expected, showers were great and location was in front of subway. There was also a common lounge and kitchen. A little bit of an old and smokey smell and a bit of noise from people opening and closing their room doors but for the price it was great value and I plan to stay here again this trip.

location is near the train so its very comfortable and safe being alone at night time. the bed is not comfortable, and the pillow is very small, hardly can fit my head :-(

The location was fine and sauna was great. The room was extremely unclean and had an odd odor. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bedding was also very unclean.
