Proximity to restaurants and vibrant location. Nice staff, comfortable beds. Only one elevator causes congestions.

All thing about hotel is really good

Very good staff. Awesome location with respect to train and metro proximity. Also it is beside Tennoji Zoo and very near to the Park. Very, very nice location. Laundry and everything we needed. Simple coffee break but it is nice. Kitchen staff was kind and lovely and (for me) it’s important, mainly, in people who take care of my meals. ?? Soups and oniguiri.

Very polite and nice staff. Location is really good. Near to JR and Metro Stations and with many convenience stores nearby. It’s next to Tennoji Zoo. Bath and bed sizes are good and WiFi works. Laundry is convenient and well organized. ¥200 per day announced in checkin. Breakfast has only oniguiris and a sort of soup, we missed some protein and salad or fruits. Even with all these reviews, we liked it so much we extended our stay by two more days.

The room and the location is good but I was so dissapointed with the breakfast, there is not much to choose and the dinning area location is bad.

The hotel is located near the Tsutenkaku Tower and there are two stations nearby (Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-mae Station) to go easily anywhere you want. The staff is very helpful. They held my luggage until it was my check-in time and helped me with the procedure both for the self check-in and self check-out. At the reception there is a vending machine with some drinks and a few amenities someone may need. The room was a bit small, but quite comfortable for me as a single person. It could be locked from inside in 3 ways so I felt really safe and the little fridge allowed me to have food and snacks taken from outside. Everyday at 10:00-15:00 someone came to change my towels and collect my trash, so it was always clean, while on the 3rd day of my stay there was a whole cleanup of the room. If I didn't want them to come in, there was a magnetic sticker on the door that said so. There was a stay tax of 200¥ per night that I paid when I arrived that I wasn't informed (or at least didn't take notice) when I booked the room. There is only one elevator for someone to go up and down so if you are in a hurry you will either have to wait a bit or take the stairs. The latter can't be done when you need to move your luggage as the stairs are on the outer side of the building and quite narrow. My luggage was on the bigger side, so I couldn't put it under the bed and it filled the gap between the bed and the bathroom. This might be a problem if there are two people in the same room. The bathroom is on the smaller side as well and the stand is behind the toilet seat, so if you bring many toiletries, make sure you always close the toilet lid. The breakfast didn't have many options, there were a few types of onigiri, two types of soup and some bakery goods as well as coffee, tea (you make these two yourself I think, I don't drink coffee) and two types of juice. For me this was enough, but do not expect a big buffet.

Toyoko Inn Osaka Tsutenkaku Mae is a great value-for-money Japanese business hotel. It may not have a lot of facilities (gym, pool, all-day dining, etc) but it is a very good hotel in a very good location. Within a short walking distance, you have access to plenty of train and subway lines, good food, and things to do. The hotel is clean, convenience, comfortable and cost-effective Check-out time is at 10am, which is a bit early. I wish it could be at 11am or even 12pm. The pillow is a bit too soft for my liking (but that's just personal preference). A bit more variety for breakfast would be nice.

The location was very central with a lot to do and see close by. The room was a little tight, but had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, with mostly Japanese food. There was alo on-site laundry facilities (coin-operated). All-round a great stay.

Close to several options for transport. Fun area to be in. Quiet in the mornings for going places and busy at night due to lots of little restaurants. Hotel has quiet entrance and always a lovely staff greeting on entry and leaving.. On arrival in Natita we stayed at Toyoko, moved onto Osaka and now Nara. All hotels have been great.
