Pool and Hot tub was great! Breakfast was great too🙏💐

Couldn’t take showers because it was backed up. Told the front desk and he wouldn’t even go look at it. He started that because we booked with Expedia he couldn’t do anything about it. He did give him an extra 500 points but that doesn’t do anything. Can you help? Also asked for a first floor room and ended up on the second floor. My husband is handicapped and it’s extremely hard to walk. If nothing is done to take care of the issue I’ll not be using Expedia again.

The property was very clean. The breakfast was good.

All of the staff with whom we had contact were terrific! The place was clean and the room was comfortable and well laid out. the mattresses were a little soft. The signage to know when to turn was unclear. The parking lot needs clear handicap parking signs. The showers need a grab bar. There needs to be a wheelchair cutout to the sidewalk from the back parking area.

Breakfast menu was great, lots of variety and choices that were pretty delicious. Pool and hot tub were decent and relatively clean. The room had some issues, a few dead bugs and used cotton swabs on bathroom floor, stains on sheets and bedding. But the staff at the front desk were wonderful and changed the sheets immediately for us. The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. I would stay here again.

The staff greeted us when we arrived and I felt my travel stress disappear. We had a request for an additional cot in our room and it was brought to us when we needed it. The children traveling with me had forgotten some travel essentials and the desk staff quickly helped them out without question. The breakfast and breakfast room staff were very pleasant and quick to help. Pool was a nice extra and the hot tub was perfect. Nothing.

Having a hot tub on site was SO NICE. However. The pool room was honestly a little gross. The pool wasnt very clear, there were lump of peoples hair on the floor all over the place, and the layer of scum I could feel on my body after being in the pool and spa was more notable than I've experience before. I immediately showered and scrubbed the heck out of my feet in fear of athletes foot, and I absolutely recommend you do the same. The food was so good, the rooms were very nice, and the staff was so helpful. It just loses a whole star because of the cleanliness of the pool room. Will I be staying again? Absolutely. Will I use the pool and spa? Yes, yes I will. I just wish it was a bit cleaner and then it'd be my favorite stay in Upstate.

The hotel was in a nice location. It was clean with a nice hot breakfast.

Our stay included a $40.00 charge for the 4th person in our two-queen room, but there were only enough towels, washcloths, etc. for three people. requested the additional items but they were never brought. we made it work but if there was a request it should have been followed through with.

Nice hotel and hot tub 👌 😍 and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
