It has an indoor swimming pool, very convenient for a getaway weekend! The staff is very friendly from the desk to cleaning ladies. I enjoyed the space and I will not doubt in returning to stay with them. This is an excellent place recommended for not only family with children but is doggy friendly, your fur friend can find treats in the lobby. They do have a space assigned for the furry use for pee and poop, poop bags are provided, no need to not pick up after your doggy poops. I love the place!

Clean room. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location since I was in Oswego for the races. Only negative was a barking dog. I know that's not the hotels fault, but still a negative. Overall extremely happy.

The room was clean and well stocked with utensils and towels. Cleaned the room every other day. Staff were very friendly. Dishwasher was not so good . We didn't use it at all. Not clean or secured under counter. Bathroom door dragged on the floor making it difficult to close and open. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of seating inside or out. I would stay here again for sure. Very convenient, clean and comfortable.

Super clean, great location, nice staff, great fitness room. Animal friendly. Pool was really cold so didn’t get to use it, also cold in main areas.

The only thing they need to pay more attention is to the pool since it was hair the 2 days we been there , does it mean nobody clean it? The bottom of the shower door was a little gross , it was residue there, like they need to use a brush to clean that part . The price was good . I will come back to this hotel next time that I visit Oswego .

Staff was courteous and engaged. Breakfast was a pleaser… close to quite a bit.

We had to change room so many times in last 3 nights of stay. 1st night Sink was leaking, room was changed. Sofa bed were broken, room was changed. Staffs are excellent through but amenities was poor.

Location Didn’t get room we reserved, reserved 2 queen beds and got a queen and a pull out couch. Location needs paint and looked old and worn down.

Was my room rented after I checked out 19 hours early ?

The property was clean, the staff was helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of items. My only complaint is that I only stayed there one night and they charged me for two. This is because they have a two night minimum. This was graduation for the local college, I don’t understand why there is a room day requirement when so many people are just trying to find accommodations while attending their children’s graduation.
