Location in old medina. Clean. Check-in hours are very limited, 5:00 PM-8:00 PM. Since we had come from a long day of travel, we informed in advance that we might be a few minutes late. We were reprimanded in a very unpleasant and unprofessional phone call. Natalie was unable to find us a porter with a cart and the road to the riad passes through an area under renovation and was inconvenient and unpleasant. Even on the day of departure, she could not find a porter for our luggage. We received a key to the room, but not to the riad door, with a message that the door would only be opened for us until 11:00 PM. We have not encountered such attitude and service during our 25-day trip to Morocco. The room we received was very small and the equipment was very basic. The lighting was weak and there were too few wall sockets, in inconvenient locations. The window in the room faced an internal balcony only. The climb to the room on the second floor is inconvenient and very difficult for those with a suitcase. Natalie expressed her surprise that we arrived with a suitcase. There is no dining room, and the dining area is cramped, equipped with a low table and low chairs suitable for kindergarten-aged children. This is the poorest breakfast we received in a riad in Morocco. No omelets, Amlou, or any Moroccan special food. Although the room price was set in euros, we were required to pay a 4% surcharge for paying by credit card, which was not stated in advance. It's not really a "Riad"

Nathalie was a lovely host, a very special and unique place to stay in the old Kasbah. Everything was perfect. Easy and safe parking just behind the kasbah. Nothing at all

Natalie was extremely helpful when we had problems with our hire car. She went well out of her way to ensure our ability to travel on. The Riad was characterful, clean and comfortable. A higher table for breakfast. That’s only because of back problems, others had no similar concerns.

We enjoyed a lot Nathalie's kindness and hospitality. For sure, she cares about her customers. She wants to make then happy and fell like at home. Her breakfasts were delicious and copious, with crepes, yogurt, fresh juice, bread, jams etc.. Our room was cute and confortable. Also, Nathalie gave us great advice (bus, restaurants etc..) and booked excursions for us with private guide which was a big plus. Thanks a lot Nathalie. Nothing

very nice host, reliable, available and giving nice recommendations on nice gems around (not included in mainstream guides!!). breakfast was absolutely great - varied and delicious. the room was clean and warm enough. quality/price ratio above average. wifi is a bit slow - but i guess you don’t go to ouarzazate for wifi therefore it’s definitely a minor thing.

Perfect to stay one night. As mentioned in the hotel description, don't go if you can't stand cats :) Nothing to do nearby.

The riad is right in the heart of the kasba, very beautiful and with a nice terrace to hang out in. Nathalie is very kind and helpful and has plenty of good advice to navigate and visit the surroundings.

Nathalie was helpful beyond my expectations.very quiet place at night.I felt like I’m home.

We liked the cats. And the quiet room. And the breakfast. The Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest, but we didn't expect it to be. We didn't like having to stay only one night. We would recommend the property.

Natalie is a kind and personable individual and knowledgeable about what there is to see in Ourzazate and surrounds. The Riad is easy to find (walk on the main path from the parking lot and turn right at the old Synagogue) and clean. Internet was not useable in certain areas of the room and choppy in the other parts. The room is quoted in euros but charged in Dirhams at an unfavorable exchange rate (more than any other establishment charged). 4% surcharge for the use of the Credit card not mentioned on listing. You dont get a key to the riad and have to knock or wait if she is not there. Check-in at 17:00 and check-out at 10:00.
