Property was nice and clean, elevators looks dirty/worn out could use slight renovation. Staff at check in told me that if I became a member then my parking would be free. Gave her my info to sign me up and after scanning the barcode she gave me and adding my card I was charged $31 for parking

Very clean room. Loved that Starbucks was in the building. TV didn’t want to work, sent up maintenance he figured it out right away!

Just a pretty average Marriott Courtyard. Looked like it was due for a refurb in a year or two. Elevator door squeaked/howled when opening and closing. Elevator call light burned out. Restaurant prices seemed high. Cobb salad, grilled cheese (burned on one side) and cup of tomato soup, half of a Caesar salad and two glasses of average Cabernet was $74. In the AM, a Venti of Starbucks drip was $6.50, which is nearly double of what Starbucks charges. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

Ice machines on 3 floors never worked in 7 days. Printer in business center doesn’t work. Mini fridge never connected. Beds are too soft.

They didn’t clean our room on Saturday.
-
The room was basic, AC loud. Smoking guests just outside the entrance. Far from the airport. A virtual food desert with few restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the oatmeal was good. Suggest upgrading to a different Marriott

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the check in and out process was quick and effortless. I would recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Great

The hotel is overpriced and outdated for its location. After pay $200 for a night they also want you to pay $35 for breakfast and $25 to park in a self park parking spot. The room was clean, but arranged in the most odd way. The bed faces the window with the tv on the side with an oversized 70’s style curved love seat. I won’t be staying here again.
-
Didn’t know you had to pay to park on the property. That would have been nice to know before booking. The snacks and drinks for purchase was very expensive, $6 for a bottle of water… the bistro was nice to have so we didn’t have to drive somewhere for a light dinner. Again prices were crazy and the QR code for the menu showed items they didn’t actually have so that menu needs updated. Honestly probably won’t stay here again for my next visit to Overland Park.

Great stay!

I would say the worst part about this particular Marriot Property, is that they charge you to park your car in the parking lot. Over $100.00 for two nights. Not acceptable. And… when they tell you they are going to wave the fee but still must put in your credit card information after scanning a QR code. And, still charge you anyway. BAD BUSINESS!!!

The bistro was open, but no one was there. Charge for parking was ridiculous. Staff was very courteous. Be nice to have more space by the bathroom sink. Pool was clean.

En general muy bueno el hotel, es de los lugares donde los empleados son más amables que he estado. Me sorprendió que no arreglaron mi habitación por más que estuve todo el día ausente

The staff were all welcoming, professional & friendly. However, the property felt a little outdated.

Rooms are quite small
