This hotel was very clean and smelled clean. We especially liked how there was an outdoor patio by the pool so you could watch your kids swim.

I arrived at the hotel to check in at 3:00 p.m. to find that their "system was down." They had me wait in their lobby for almost 2 hours waiting for the system to come back on line. After indicating that I was going to book a room elsewhere, they took my information down on paper and gave me a room. The staff was very rude during the entire process. I doubt that I will book here again!

The room was clean and perfect size. Coffee everyone morning in lobby was very helpful. We booked for the location of walking to the convention center and that was great.
