Breakfast was packaged oatmeal and packaged muffins. Nothing fresh. Had to go to the desk to get my own dishes, a hairdryer, and the remote for the tv. Nothing dish soap in room. No room cleaning of any kind offered.

First appearance was that it was a very nice room, with a small kitchenette and couch included. The price and location were very acceptable. Thank you for accommodating our request for a ground floor room! We discovered that only 2 out of 5 light bulbs were in the 5 room lamps when we wanted to turn on lights in the evening, so we had to ask the front desk for light bulbs. The toilet was what we would term as a "squatty potty". We felt like we were in a kindergarten classroom restroom. An adult size toilet would have been much preferred. The HVAC fan was very noisy and blew straight across the bed with no way to divert the airflow. We went most of the night with no A.C. due to this inconvenience. It was bearable, but rather unpleasant.

My experience was HORRENDOUS!!! The room had a foul oder! The kitchen and bathroom was FILTHY and the sheets weren't changed!!! I immediately complained to the staff and asked for another room or maid service. I was denied both. They told me to clean the room myself! The experience was SO HIDEOUS I departed early and asked for a refund or discount. I was denied that as well. The front desk help did their best, however the Manager was VERY SMUG and uncomidating! The room advertised on the website is not the actual room and is false advertisement! DO NOT stay at that hotel!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! 0 ⭐⭐

We had to ask for plates, utensils etc. all cabinets were empty. We were told to empty our own garbage. Because we were not feeling well that week, we dealt with it.

This was a fair hotel. I would probably try somewhere else next time just a lot of stuff going on indoor slam in the middle of the night on the light sleeper but for a quick stay like we had I was perfect.

Easability to parking. No ICE MACHINES, had to make ICE in the room's refrigerator, whose ICE CUBE trays were EMPTY!@

Large room was nice. Had a one burner stove top and a upright small refrigerator. Be aware you have to bring your own cooking, plates and service utensils. They advertise free breakfast but it is very minor. Coffie, instant oatmeal and muffin. No milk or juice for children.

They have got to offer a proper breakfast like other hotels, not grab and go.

The room was barely cleaned, the cabinets are sticky, the floor turned my socks and feet black, there's a huge crack running along the ceiling with paint falling off, there's a terrible smell of stale cigarette smoke, and if you leave anything behind by accident good luck getting it back, they won't ship it assuming it even gets turned in, they either throw it away or keep it, the staff was zero help

Our room was not clean. The property is dated and the unit smelled of smoke. They need to change things up or bring in an industrial ionizer.
