Candlewood Suites Paducah by IHG

One BR suite was very large. Comfortable bed. Large, safe parking lot. Market has good selection of food and drink items at good prices.

Inside the room was wet and humid. The carpet was wet, even the bed felt damp. Checked in at 0900pm left by 2:30 am. Don't stay there.

Great and spacious suite, comfortable bed, small kitchen a big plus. Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants.

Price was too high for the cleanliness of this hotel. I didn’t like the smell in the room

It was okay but not great the area is very good though and the girl in the front desk was very nice but the room didn’t feel clean it was dated

THe room was comfortable. The only downside was the shower curtain needed to be washed and there was a stained chair in our room. Other than that, the room was comfortable. The pillows were great!!!

The location was convenient, staff was helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful experience.

The 3 hours it took to check in, and then the $51 charge to my card the next day for no reason.

Room smelled like armpit. Supposed to include continental breakfast. But there was none. Shower handled has rust and hot /cold was backwards….

The room was clean, looked to be a great place for any sort of extended stay. With two exceptions. For the room to be fairly updated, the bed was absolutely horrible!! I felt like I could count the springs in the bed. Sleep to close to the edge and you might just slide off. Secondly, I don't have a clue what was going on with the air. There is one thermostat, located in the bedroom, but it had no effect on the bedroom temperature. The "living" area seemed to meet the temperature setting, but the bedroom seemed to switch back and forth between heating and cooling. There was a sticker on the door that said something about the room being able to monitor coming and goings and it would adjust the room temperature accordingly (which seems creepy on one hand) but how do you know if I am coming or going? Basically the temperature was set on 72 when I arrived. I set the temperature to 68. But the thermostat never changed until about the time I was checking out, it registered 71. The room fluctuated between, "where's the cover, I need an extra blanket, to fight or flight, get me out from underneath these covers". TV in the bedroom worked fine, but the one in the living area would never connect.

Nothing The hotel smelled like smoke. When we got on the elevator, it began swaying a bunch. There were roaches outside of our room. The floors in the room were sticky. There was food trash and toilet paper on the floor. The wall was covered in stains. The water was freezing when we went to take showers. The bedding was covered in stains.

I liked everything
