La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Paducah

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was just right. We sat in the commons rea one evening.

Don’t stay here. Trash on the floor. Trash under the bed. Everything felt gross. Soap was out in the bathroom. When I went to the front desk to ask for a new bottle, I was given what was clearly an old dirty bottle that was just refilled - they didn’t even bother to clean off the dirt from the pump. Breakfast was nasty.

Too many bad things to mention

The room was satisfactory. We had two queen beds. One mattress was is need of replacing. The shower was good but the shower curtain had a bad mildew stink. Housekeeping not paying attention to basics caused us to smell the bad aroma. Lastly the breakfast was not that good. Sausage was really bad. Eggs were good though. I made an egg sandwich.

I normally stay at one hotel when I go to Paducah. This trip my favorite hotel was booked. I had heard good things about LaQuinta so I decided to take a chance. Toilet stopped up and I had to wait on the one employee to bring a plunger which took forever, only one associate working the entire building when I checked in. Dingy towels and washcloths, shower curtain hung too high therefore all of the water splashed outside the shower, disgusting Caucasian hair in the sheets, breakfast was mid at best. The breakfast area was packed and it took forever for the attendant to set out refills. A horrible experience. 0 out of 10 I do not recommend.

The bathroom outlets did not work. The circuit breaker outlet was broken. And the ice machine was out of order.

Quick and easy check-in and out. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very delicious and had my favorite Belgian Waffles. Spacious room. My only con was I thought we were getting an accessible room with roll in shower but on check-in we had a tub. It did have a shower chair and hand rails so we were ok.

We booked with this hotel because it has an indoor hot tub as shown in the promotional photo. Ẁe were disappointed that the hot tub was out of order. Also, they have removed the in-room coffee service, and had no cups to take our evening meds.

Lumpy pillows, uncomfortable mattress. Unhelpful lady at front desk. Bathroom sink wasn’t draining, told no one available to fix it. Asked for replacement pillows,‘didn’t happen, there is a multitude of other issues, but I will never stay here again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and great pet areas. No small cups in room for coffee.

The breakfastwas excellent. I liked the eggg, sauage and potatoes.

Great pet friendly hotel with amazing breakfast!

This was the first day of our trip and we had no clue what to expect. Overall we were very satisfied with the staff and services.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was specifically for the **hot tub**, only to arrive and find that it was out of order. That was extremely disappointing and something we would have liked to know before booking. The room itself also left a lot to be desired. There were **patched areas on the walls that hadn't even been painted**, the blankets were extremely thin, the shower was dirty, and our room was out of shampoo. Overall, the room just didn't feel properly maintained or prepared for guests. The pool area wasn't much better. There were **towels floating/in the pool**, and after swimming, the pool water left our kids with a very unpleasant smell. That definitely made us question the cleanliness and maintenance of the water. Breakfast was also underwhelming and was served on **paper plates**, which added to the overall feeling that the hotel wasn't quite what was advertised. I do want to give credit where it is due: **the person working the front desk was very nice and pleasant**, and we appreciated that. Unfortunately, the friendly service wasn't enough to make up for the condition of the property and the amenities. Between the unavailable hot tub, dirty shower, poorly maintained room and pool, and the overall difference between the online photos and what we actually experienced, **we were very disappointed with our stay and would not choose this hotel again based

The first room we were given was horrible!! As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the smell of mildew and mold!! The carpet was wet. Curtains didn’t close and the decorative curtains were barely hanging. The bedspread/comforter was clean but in rough shape with snags all over it.
