Comfort Suites Paducah Mall Area

Room was not clean. Headboard light was blown. Stains were on sofa and chair with trash under the sofa also. Sink in bathroom wouldn’t drain. Stains on shower curtain. Floors were not vacuumed.

Comfort suites is going to be my go-to place to stay in Paducah from now on. My husband is handicapped and the accessible room was everything that we could have hoped for. A real roll in shower, clean access from the bed to the bathroom, several out of the way places to open our suitcases, great lighting and a very good size room. In addition, the price was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

The staff was very friendly

absolutely nothing. it was extremely unclean. hairs on the bedding, huge stain on the couch cushion, stained bedding, and a pile of hair on the bathroom floor. we had to switch rooms and still ended up checking out early. some of the staff were nice, some were extremely rude and short with my sister and i. this place is a health code violation. i requested a refund for my stay seeing i didn’t stay there for 1 of the 2 nights i had booked and they have not been cooperative but at all. do NOT recommend.

They have the same exact breakfast every single day. It’s worth keeping in mind if you’re staying for several days like I did. My day 4 I started eating somewhere else. Also a couple of times they ran out of coffee even with a little over an hour left on their breakfast hours. The building is very noisy. I could hear my neighbors through the connecting door and also whoever was staying in the room upstairs. I’ve stayed in several Comfort Suites and this has never happened.

This hotel is in excellent condition. The staff is friendly and helpful. The are very nice, Bedding was very comfortable.

Room was filthy grease all over the desk area. bathroom was dirty, floor was not clean. Looked like it was never cleaned after the previous people left.

Great hotel!

I was impressed how clean and fresh smelling it was when I walked in to check in compared to most other comfort inns. The only downside side was no laundry bag in the room for dirty cloths.

Counter between chair and bed (dividing room) covered with sugar crystals. One lamp did not work. Poor selection for breakfast. Coffee pot and hot water never turned on or prepared for breakfast

Our experience was very disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, or hospitality. Upon check-in, we found what appeared to be an old blood-like stain on one bed, while the other bed had wholes in the sheets. I have picture

Location The room had food on the floor under the desk when we checked in and the shower head didn’t work right. The breakfast ran out of food so my wife didn’t eat.
