It was right on the beach! The beds were uncomfortable

Convenient location at the beach. Great restaurant right next door. Pretty clean, good shower. Can’t say much more, stayed only a couple of hours during a stopover. Would like to express my gratitude to the owner, who was so kind to make me a great discount.

It was beachfront and the air conditioning was strong. I believe we stayed here as our "budget" option, so I guess the room was worth the value. There were no options at breakfast, we were served a simple set meal. It would have been nice to be able to choose from a simple list because some of our food was wasted while our children would have rather had an extra pancake or eggs. There was no pool as suggested by the website. It was rundown and there was a lot of room for improving the property. It was not very close to anything.

Proximity to the beach . We did not get a single room for the family. Had to sleep in two different rooms, one without attached toilet. We were told this was our booked room!

No restaurant on site. Breakfast was minimal.

Very nice property, right on beach. Room was very nice and had a mini fridge, kettle, lots of hot water. Great breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! The air conditioning was not working properly.

We had a fantastic stay very quiet friendly atmosphere was the best experience at white sands Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts.The staff were incredibly friendly Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure. Not the same as the photo of post. No Clean. Bad road to reach out. Staff are not friendly and no staff at all after evening. Breakfast is not prepare till going to ask and reply was after 9:00am for breakfast

The location was very convenient and the garden Infront of the room was very nice The bed was a bit uncomfortable and the AC was stopping to work very often which would make the room very hot to be able to have a nice sleep and the manager when we paid the room didn't gave us the right changes back.

nice Villa, spacy rooms, spacy bathroom, super view to ocean nice garden and beach area not clean ( Garbage in bushes, in sand), outside of the compound no one was cleaning the beach (plastik bottles, broken glas, garbage) some mattresses rotten or not clean. breakfast poor. Sad, because the villa could be a jewell

Everything! The location, the accomodation, the people of the house as well as the people around..the beach is amazing and in our opinion mich better than other well-known places in Zanzibar . Top breakfast and top service! Many restaurants and bar closed by, very friendly_ high recommended!! Amazing view fron the terrace!
