Everything so beautiful No complaints

The breakfast menu was ok . They took a very long time seving. The fuit selection was very limited - which is strange in a country full of fruit. The views of and access to the beach is amazing and is what made our stay worthwhile. Upon our arrival, there was no one at reception to welcome us. The accommodation itself was quite pleasant; however, the bathroom appeared somewhat grimy. Using bleach to remove the stains between the tiles would significantly improve its cleanliness. Guests staying at Zula should be forewarned about the surrounding area. We were genuinely shocked by the condition of the buildings and roads on the approach to Zula, and it would have been helpful to know this in advance—it was quite a shock.

Wish they had more options for main courses at the restaurant, but not a big problem. Really loved our stay!

This was our second stay at Zula House and it was every bit as wonderful as the first. This time it was also our honeymoon and we had a really beautiful stay. The staff are so amazing, especially Mary who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for. We look forward to coming back again soon!

As advertised, Zula was a fantastic location on Paje beach region -- good access to the beach, nice pool area, nice restaurant, and beach bar to relax along the kitesurfing beach. Room was very nice -- great view A/C and nice bathrooms -- also the shampoo, soap and body wash was very nice. The front desk staff were nice and helpful and packed a lunch for us as we had an early flight out The bar / restaurant staff did not visit the pool area and rooftop area for service -- even though they said they would come back they never did.... we had to keep walking down to the beach bar to get drinks. certainly not something that would keep us from coming back.

I mean it’s by the beach and the breakfast was perfect The bathrooms could be much cleaner, there is a bad smell especially evenings

This was my fave of three hotels I've stayed in Zanzibar. The hotel is gorgeous, on the beach and the restaurant had some of the best food we ate in the island. Also next to other restaurants you can go walking. Personally loved the attention to details. Even noticed my birthday on my id and prepared a surprise in the room. Appart from the beach, the access isn't great. Which isn't a problem, as it happens with most facilities in the island.

We arrived very early and they helped with early check-in, also with letting us have a shower due to our late check-out. Staff was super nice and the resort is nice. Ground floor rooms have mirrored glass, great for privacy and still having view On the round buildings rooms, I would just put a curtain on the shower area.

The view is beautiful and the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly. Truly, amazing vibes and great service The electricity cut off few times but the generator worked few minutes later

We had a truly relaxing stay at Zula Zanzibar. The location was absolutely stunning, right on a pristine stretch of beach with breathtaking views and easy access for morning walks or evening sunsets. What made the experience even more special was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. From check-in to dining, everyone went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and a perfect beachside setting.

The location of the hotel is right at the beautiful beach with multiple restaurants by the same beach!

Exceptional

an excellent hotel for the facilities, comfort of the room and the team working there. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was excellent.

Very comfortable beach house complex. Very responsive and helpful staff. Lots of lounge areas, with two pools including a small infinity one to watch the beach from. Good beachside restaurant. They can arrange tours for you. Last but not least - the massage (by Teddy) was amazing! I wish there was one more bar inside the complex besides the beachside restaurant. Also - the complex is relatively big, so not as private as some other places nearby.

Location was good When we came in early Reciption said you are to come in at 2 p.m so we said o.k At 2 p.m i asked to see the room first but they said NO you have to pay first.The manager said that our policy I asked her to give me the Hotel policy i never got one? Normally when i travel to anywhere and i ask to see my room the other hotel do show it to me. Well the beginning was not as i had intended.

It was worth the money. Overall experience was great. Very attentive staff that accomodated all our requests. Have decorated our room with festive balloons. Location is convenient, lots of restaurants around. The beach is affected by tides but this doesnt bother much.
