Great place to stay for visiting Khao Yay Nathional Park. We got all villa for us with two bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and large living room. I recomed this place with all my heart. Great owner and her dog also.

super big and great if you want to go to the nationalpark. be aware that a scooter is mandatory in the area, because as far as I could find out there is no public transport. the host is very nice and helpfull.

The location is convenient to go everywhere and the rooms are big with living room and kitchen. The facility is old and the music is loud from bar at night.

My stay in Room 5 was quite distressing due to unusual and unexplained occurrences throughout the night. Starting at 11:30 pm, my friend and I heard aggressive footsteps and door slamming sounds coming from outside our room. The air conditioning also made sudden loud noises. These disturbances made it impossible for us to sleep. When we checked out around 9 am, we experienced additional unsettling events. We heard sounds of objects being thrown from upstairs, and after turning off the lights on the ground floor, we heard loud footsteps once again. My friend's husband, who stayed in Room 6, also had a troubled night, waking up every hour without any apparent reason. Additionally, we noticed a cemetery just a 2-minute drive away from the hotel, which added to our discomfort. Due to these experiences, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Location is great We were sadly very disappointed with the accommodation. The place smelt very bad and there was lots of gekko poo and generally was very untidy. To the point that we didn’t stay and immediately chose to go find another hotel. We contacted the accommodation for consideration of a refund, but got no response. Hence we lost 6000 baht, a risk we took, hoping then that the hotel would be considerate of our request for a refund. Whilst we acknowledge that this is pet friend budget accommodation, afterward we found much better options at equivalent price, albeit not as close to the Khao Yai park entrance.

Great location. 10 min drive to the Khao Yai National Park entrance. 5 min drive to plenty of thai and western restaurants. The bedrooms were large and the beds and pillows were super comfy. Wifi and aircon worked great. Spacious bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Overall, fantastic value for money and I would defo go back again. The decor is arguably a little dated but who cares about that.

I like the venue. It's very convenient. It's near to all nice places in khao yai. Specially to Khao yai national park. The staff is very kind. A bit hot in the living room since there is no aircon. Only bedrooms have aircon.

The location is good. Pretty big property to walk you dog. Floors are dusty, and bathroom needed some maintenance.
