Totally everything. The staff is most helpful and caring I have ever seen after visiting 33 countries. The facilities are wonderful, we had the sharing bathrooms and toilets. It was many of them and very clean. The pool has scenic view. The full mini bar is complementary. Actually I cannot count, everything was perfect. Nothing At All

Nice location and wonderful grounds but actual tent was old and definitely had seen better days! Enjoyed the shared facilities and the moonlight (outdoor) shower was a star! But the tent itself had broken zippers and pretty fun down overall. I liked the spaces but the tent itself could have definitely used a deep cleaning or upgrade.

This was our second stay at Lala Mukha Tented Resort and we will definitely be back! The tents are very clean and have exceeded our expectations each time. The little touches and care make the resort extra special. The pool is especially nice, with an amazing view! A great place to spend a hot afternoon!

Beautiful grounds and a great restaurant. We loved our tent with a lake view, and the AC was wonderful. The pool was refreshing after hiking in the park and wow, what a view! The staff was kind and helpful.

The location - heart warming mountain & greenery. Staff not so customer-friendly, except for the male server in the restaurant during breakfast and the guy who handled our luggage. The staff at the reception are not friendly. Breakfast is not commensurate to the price of the accommodation. Shower area is cramped, and the sink is clogged. There is no balance in the kind of lights used, makes the room dark, especially the vanity area.

Clean rooms Shared toilets a bit smelly. Room that was given to us had flourscent lights as opposed to warm lights. Lamp wasnt working.

Shower dispenser was empty.... This should not happen for this grade of accormadation.

The landscape, hardscape and view are amazing. I were there in winter, and there was fog in the lake with first light in the morning. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Again, I were there in winter, and it was super cold at night. So cold, so I wish there was a heater in the room. Also, would be great if there is spa in the resort as well.

Very close to National Park entrance, lovely grounds unique concept of lodging, nice staff and it was surprisingly quite for how close you are to the road. If you stay in the tree house they’ll delivery coffee and hot chocolate to your room in the morning. Some of the amenities/extras weren’t as expected. The bikes are in bad condition, they give marshmallows to roast but the skewers are too short and you’ll burn yourself if you try to roast them (I went on a search for a longer stock but it was hard to find because they keep the grounds very tidy). The tea at breakfast was pretty bad - they put one sachet in for an entire pot so it’s basically still water.

The glamping experience I expected. Nice breakfast. Nice view from spacious swimming pool and breakfast area. Because it’s rain all the time so it’s quite wet to move from our room to other areas especially with goft cart when checking in and out, some plastic to cover the side of the cart will help.

We stayed at the tree house, and it was very cozy and well equipped. It was quiet at night and close to nature. Also, it’s not too far away from convenience stores and local small restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there as a getaway from the city. Nope

It's hard to find power outlet in the room. Also curtain blind in toilet is too small, so I feel really naked when I use bathroom.

We were there to spend time in the national park. The place is very near to the entrance of the park (few minutes away from the park). Very nice environment and lovely staff. They were quite welcoming and accommodating our needs. Nothing.

Nice setting and lots of cute things. Staff is generally nice, but the front desk staff was the least friendly. Location is right near the entrance to the park. The pool was nice. This is low season, so not many people at the property. Mosquitoes ?
