The sound proof was really poor. I got Waken up 4 times while sleeping.

Breakfast diversity was limited, and some items such as boiled eggs not always refilled

The breakfast staff was very snappy, and gave us dirty looks because they thought we were stealing a water bottle at breakfast. We were just refilling our glasses.

Great location and super friendly staff. Out of our 6 night stay, half of those nights we got little sleep due to the noise. There were large gatherings in the social areas until 3 to 4 am and lots of noise, I believe, from the maids in other rooms at 7 to 8 am. One night, the fire alarms went off as well because an employee had burnt something in the kitchen. Overall, for the price, the walls are paper thin and some rooms hang over common areas which should have signs saying no large gatherings after a certain time.

Lovely hosts/staff! They were friendly and accommodating, and were great with our child! The place was clean and close to everything. Great value.

The room is slightly out dated, however our bed was comfy, bathroom massive and clean.Perfect base in Palau.

This place has it all! Parking, comfort, close to town, BREAKFAST! Very comfortable, spacious room. Breakfast was incredible! So was the little old couple doing breakfast! So sweet! Felt like staying with family! Nothing.

Great location close to the marina, nice views from 3rd floor window, spacious room and big breakfast included.

Breakfast was the star of the hotel. Room was ok, but had to go up a long labyrinth of stairs to get to. Door key was hard to turn. Easy and free access to drinking water 24-7. Better working door lock.

Breakfast was very good. Croissants were very good. There could be an omelet service after 9 am, as I believe it was finishing early. The staff was very nice. Generally we enjoyed our stay The room was too dark, and there was little light coming from a small window. For the value of the money, the shampoos or other types of stuff were too weak

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Piccada which is a short walk from the town and harbour. We had a top floor room with sensational views. The room iself was very comfortable and the breakfast provided was excellent. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room but the staff, who were most helpful, were happy to make you a cuppa at any time. Wifi not great; I suspect our room, being on the top floor, was too far from reception.

The attention and care we had from the ladies at the reception was incredible and super professional. Our triple room was almost on top of the complex (where you can get only on foot), but it was worth it! A huge terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular sea/harbour view. And the room itself had enough space for 3 adults. Breakfast includes enough options for different tastes. Cudos to all the guests (no noise or disrespectful behaviour). We truly enjoyed every bit of this hotel! And would love to come back!
