Nice facillity, great value for money. Amazing view from the room(paid for view sea view) The elevator is too small, fit just for 2 skini pepole. The matras isnt a double?, two single beds that joined togther. Closet and toielt door looks old.

So spectacular here in the resort. This hotel is loaded with facilities. The spa services, various eating options, choices of pool areas were all great. The prepared breakfast was good. I got to watch the chef cooking my hot omelette. I feel like there was something for everyone on the breakfast buffet. Unlike in US were breakfast is a variety of powders and syrups, I appreciated the loads of fresh fruit, hot prepared breakfast items, lots of cereal option including VEGAN milk! Not to mention the view from this dinning room was really nice. From all over the hotel the views are amazing. I had dinner in La Luna on the rooftop and that was really nice too. We were really happy at this hotel. I liked everything. a great experience.

The staff were wonderful. Everyone was very kind, though they seemed limited in their ability to remedy problems. The common areas of the hotel are modern and clean, seem to have been renovated recently. The view from the room was very nice. The room smelled awful. It smelled fishy and like sewage. This improved only very slightly once aired out. There was mold in the bathroom. The bathroom flooded every time you took a shower and there is no fan in the bathroom (hence the mold). The floor of the bathroom was a slippery tile, so this seemed dangerous, though we did not have a problem with it. About 5 minutes after checking in, a housekeeper walked in to the room without knocking while my husband was naked. The fridge was very warm, absolutely not a food safe temperature. It also appeared old and dirty. When I told the front desk I did not think the fridge was working, they told me it is not supposed to get very cold, that is how this “type” of fridge is. When we first checked in to our room, there was no toilet paper, and it took 6+ hours to get some. The hair dryer was very weak and absolutely needed to be replaced. The second day when we returned to our room, there were ants everywhere. The staff offered to spray the room, but we did not want to inhale the chemicals and we were only staying one more day so we did not take up this offer. They did not offer to move us to a room without ants. The AC unit vented on to the balcony, which kind of ruined the experience of sitting out there with noise and a hot blower. You are also unable to charge items while you are gone for the day, since the housekeepers are instructed to take your card out of the electricity and take it away if you leave the electricity on when not in the room. While the common areas of the hotel are nice, they should have prioritized updating the rooms first. While the pool upstairs is nice, there are no umbrellas. There was a big heavy door at the end of the hallway before the elevator that slammed shut very loudly every time it was opened. The rooms are not soundproof at all so this woke us up several times.

Its an excellent resort in a stunning location. The views are just precious. The clean blue water is amazing. The hotel recently did a major remodel and under new management. They did an incredible job to update the property. They have done an amazing art installation to go with all the facilities that they have such as pool areas, restaurants, spa and gym. Its clean, its bright and airy. Its inspired by the local mythology. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. There is nothing not to like. It was a great stay. Its one of the most picturesque places you can go on Corfu. Lots of local activity too. Its cliff top views above the med sea.

Lovely stay at a decent hotel, rooms were mostly clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay. Wish they offered more than a buffet for dinner service. Also pre order taxi's a day before as buses are not reliable

We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded! The staff were really helpful and the views were stunning! Very central location as well. Loved it The shower drain clogged, but staff addressed it immediately when notified.

The location and the animations

The room smelled like sewage for 2 days. After the first day the reception said that you are fully booked and they can only solve this the next day (when we departed). The WiFi didn’t work all days in the room. Besides the room doors are not soundproof at all and we woke up late at night and early mornings through other guests. We expected a 4* experience and had a horrible one!!!

Location, structure and staff It seemed old and not that clean.
-
Historical nature and friendly people We did have a blackout one afternoon.
-
Room wasn't clean good , very old facilities, there was no strong flow in bathroom, wi-fi there was no signal in room only in common area, we got just one room key , so we don't keep our room cool with ac on by day .
