The walls are ruined in some parts of the room, and dirty in other. Wall repairing would make a big improvement.

Perfect location when. Arrived by train from Palermo airport with a morning train the following day. Hotel is located across the street from the Palermo Central station as well as the bus station.

Super polite staff and conveniently located in front of train station and airport shuttle stop. We arrived 1 AM so that was very convienent. They have 24 hs fromt desk which its important to us. Rooma a bit outdated but ok

The location is great right across from the train and bus station. Booking displayed the pricing incorrectly and I prepaid that price. When I arrived the hotel tried to get an extra 50 euro out of me for Booking’s mistake. One younger staff member was great and called Booking to get a resolution but all the older men working there were just yelling at me and saying it’s not their problem Booking made a mistake with the room price. The full price of this room would not be worth it…

The bed was comfy. There was an elevator, although it was out of service, which really was rough for a 4th floor room. It was right next to the train station, so very convenient. The walls had food splatter. I think the ceiling may have had blood on it. The breakfast for take-away was a stale croissant that really wasn't edible.

Very nice staff and good breakfast. Excellent location if you need to catch a train or bus. It was an emergency last minute booking and I had no problems extending my stay for another night. I had to ask for the wifi password and then I could not connect and had to use mobile data.

The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, which offers easier access (for example from the airport, by bus or train). It takes 15 minutes of leisurely walking to reach the city center from the hotel. It is quite noisy, but noise is generally present throughout the city. The staff seems a bit disorganized, no one speaks English (neither the younger nor the older ones), not even for basic communication. Breakfast is decent, but there is a problem with the lack of tables and the staff being slow to prepare tables for new guests. In the area near the elevator, there is a strong smell of dampness.

The house cleaning is supper The food is supper natural infact I will tell my friends anytime they come to palermo they should choose this hotel I love and like everything infact %100 percent

Disappointing

Across the train station, the location was incredible. The staff was the best. Super nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and the service too. I like everything.

The location is very comfortable - right next to the train station. It's also not as rough as I expected. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was large and even had two (!) nice balconies. Overall, at the price we were offered, it was very good value for money, and I am happy to recommend this hotel. The hotel is supposed to be a 4*, but it clearly is not by the standards of most countries (and of most cities in Italy). That said, it still offers very good value for money, so as long as your expectations are not tied with the 4* rating, you will likely be satisfied. The only real minus is the breakfast, which is truly disappointing. If we are applying star ratings, it would be what you would expect from a 2* property.

Rooms were kept clean, housekeeping were very good. Towels were regularly changed. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS Safe in bedroom not working. As a result I had Bank Cards taken. Hotel refused to return calls or emails. NO FRIDGE IN ROOM. NO SAFE IN ROOM. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, no way is this remotely close to being 4 Star. 2 Star at best. No soundproofing, not even windows, just doors that are pulled closed but unfortunately wont black out any sound. On the plus side of things you'll be serenaded by all the drunks and homeless people outside your bedroom. Absolutely atrocious breakfast, an absolute insult to paying customers. Not even orange juice is provided, only cordial. Breakfast itself is in an adjoining Café, so you'll have to share your space with transport workers, police and local mobsters. (Last photo is of the toilets guests must use after checking out. It wasn't cleaned for several hours after checking out as I used it throughout the day). No safe storage for luggage after checking out. AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

The hotel is in perfect location. The staff is very supportive and nice. Special thanks to Dania and Rosaalba! After staying at the hotel, I sent a message asking for letters confirming stays and prices for 3 separate rooms that I reserved, but my message was just ignored.
