B&B Palermo Centro

The breakfast was really poor, just a small pocket milk like for baby, and also small juce, and a very small cack without any bread, and water. I asked the stuff for water they said you should buy it outside. I was really hungry and I had to buy something for my breakfast outside.

Very close to the train and bus station. The host is very helpful and easy to work with.

Very nice place! Comfortable room with balcony with views, private bathroom, and mindfully furnished facilities, including fridge, filtered water, tea, coffee machine in common area. Better than expected. Also the host who met me was very helpful and friendly. Not to forget to mention it's 5 mins walk to Fazello street bus station and main station. The small shower cabin is a bit spoiling the whole mindfully setup accommodation, but for a fit person it works fine.

Great location close to rail and bus terminal and only a short walk to the old town. Room was spacious with balcony overlooking the main thoroughfare. Plenty of restaurants and takeaway within easy reach. Breakfast was not up to standard, very minimal and very cheap. Although the bathroom was suitable in size the shower access was difficult and awkward to exit. Television was below par size wise.

Excellent location for arriving by train or bus from Palermo Airport. You can see the building from the station. We had a large room with twin beds and en-suite. Good value for its central location. Breakfast was left in the room and was basic. The owner was very helpful.

Although smal the balcony was a nice touch to sit out on whilst having breakfast. Ideal location to main railway and bus station. Less than 2 minutes away. Very limited and sparse breakfast. Was set up on a tray during the day. No variation. Limited toiletries ie shower gel and shampoo. VERY small shower cubicle. A large person would struggle. Economical truth on kettle and fridge. These were provided but out in the hall and not in the room. Website said breakfast included fruit and cookies this did not appear on are breakfast tray.

Our host Alessandro was extremely pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the balcony and it was close to both train and bus routes and walking distance to alot of main attractions

The en-suite room was well furnished and very clean complete with air conditioning and a balcony offering a terrific view over the city towards the mountains. Once inside the office building (key provided) and through the apartment door there were other rooms next to mine that I believe were not occupied whilst I was there for the one night. A basic breakfast was provided in the room with fridge, kettle etc located just outside the room. The apartment was contained within an office complex of many floors (8+, Two small lifts available) with each floor having a number of same coloured doors that led to mixture of businesses and I assume other private apartments. I was informed that I was the first person to book this room and the owner told me his phone number that I wrote down. That evening I went out for a meal. I took the keys with me but unintentionally left my mobile phone and owners contact details behind. On return, I couldn't remember the exact floor (floor levels are not numbered) let alone the outer door that led to my room door (and I did try a few !) . Subsequently, having disturbed a few other residents in the building, contact with the owner was eventually made, who a bit aggrieved, led me to the correct floor/room location. Going forward, I would recommend to the owner that (1) the outer door is labelled with some description that identifies the location of the room and (2) inside the room, the owners 24hr contact details and, more importantly, the procedure to follow in the event of a building emergency evacuation are displayed prominently on the wall.

Perfect location for arriving late from airport by train or departing early next day for airport. Easy walk into the centre and the places we were already familiar with from a previous stay

Location was great right beside train which was ideal. Comfy beds and aircon good. The breakfast was lacking in the morning and beds split in the middle.

Location near station for convenience Old, shabby, not as advertised. Sheets fraying, bed squeaked, shower rusted and one door wouldn’t close. Breakfast was one stale cake thing and cheap squash. Kettle was a communal one alongside coffee machine that made virtually cold coffee. Water filter jug didn’t filter. Air conditioning didn’t work, bedside light was broken, hair dryer only blew cold air. A third world experience.

Good location and good balcony views Breakfast is not sufficient enough

Our flight ✈️ was delayed, and the owner of the B&B kept in touch with us by phone. We arrived late & he was there to meet us. Our room had everything we needed, a comfortable bed ? a hot shower & a balcony.. It was all good ?

Friendly and welcoming host, excellent location, home atmosphere.

Nice place in the middle of Palermo, clean with aircon and nice view from the balcony, the host was very responsive and helpful, great value if you planning to visit beautiful city of Palermo

Minimal but adequate breakfast. Alfonso was very obliging. Room was pleasant with balcony. Wi-Fi was difficult to get going. Information was unhelpful. B and B was not clearly marked. Had to keep texting Alfonso.

Nothing really, the breakfast was there from the day before and nothing like the photographs shown on Booking.com website. On arrival we followed instructions that had been texted to us, to be greeted by an Italian voice - after two attempts a women came down and let us in. Unfortunately she didn't speak English and none of us spoke Italian (not good). The showers were extremely small, so small it was difficult to get in through the door. The shower in our daughter's room (Room 8) was rusty - I have photographs that I will try to upload. Everything.
