Most beautiful rooftop breakfast buffet views The street outside was quite busy

Turned away from Roof top bar just wanting drinks until we explained we were staying in the hotel.

The hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with views over Palermo that clearly is a favorite of the locals. Great breakfast selections. The lift is slow and hard to use at times because of non-guests heading to/from the rooftop restaurant. Location a few blocks from the heart of town…just ok.

I didn’t like it!! bathroom smells like mold, doesnt fit an average american in the shower, theres so much dust i genuinely dont believe it’s been cleaned in a while, bed makes so much noise everytime you turn at night that it wakes you up, disaster

Nighttime rooftop staff was impersonal, seemed annoyed we weren't dressed up.

It was a little disappointing that the twin room we booked did not have beds the same size, since my friend and I were each paying half. One bed was very large and the other was a single.

Great breakfast, fabulous location

Comfortable and convenient. It was close to everything. Had a wonderful view from the rooftop.

excellent staff nothing

Rooftop dining and excellent food for dinner and breakfast. Extremely helpful front Desk Rita and Laurel Some traffic noise. But bearable as it’s so centrally located

The location of the property was excellent, the restaurant on the roof great view and good breakfast. Exceptional hotel and restaurant staff. The staff was very nice! A little older, the bedroom air conditioner made noises, and the bathroom vent also made noises. I could hear a lot of walking so the room was a little loud. Biggest problem is the bed is very hard.

The property and room were great. Our view of the breakfast was considered a bit weak. There could have been a bit more to offer and not the same thing everyday. The breakfast could have been better and a variety each day.

excellent location so much to see within easy walks

Loved the city view from the top of the hotel, where we would have breakfast, and we had dinner up there one evening. Liked that the train station wasn't too far away. It was easy to get to places in the city from this hotel. The staff was excellent! The bathroom shower was small.

comfortable room with a very comfortable bed/pillows and good space. The bathroom had a small shower but was spacious in size and very well appointed and nicely done. Absolutely beautiful roof top restaurant with breathtaking views of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location in one of the main avenues of the city and walking distance to many sites. Nothing to complain

The gentleman and ladies behind the reception desk were most kind and helpful. I also liked very much the breakfast room with its great view and good breakfast. The location of the hotel was good. Room was dark with no city view.

There is essentally no lobby. There is a front desk and some shabby chairs. Not the standard for a 4 start hotel. There is only one small evelantor, which after 6pm is taken over by external people going to the rooftop restaurant
