Extremely hospitable place - the bathroom was gorgeous and the whole property was very nice. No complaints at all, everything was great. We especially appreciated the lift for our luggage, the fridge for chilling water, and the air con. Nothing I can think of

I totally impressed by this B&B. The place is better than the photos. The location is unbeatable, situated in the city center, with a supermarket right next door. We got 2 liter water for 0.21 euro there. The owner is super friendly. We first planned to arrive late, he sent us videos for checking in process. Smooth process, and I think it was pretty interesting. Then the room, we have 2 balcony, but the room is quiet at night when we close the window. The bathroom is modern, quite a good size for Italian standard. I absolutely love this place, will stay again if come back to visit Sicily. The hotel also offered us luggage storage for the next day, which is great because the hotel is in the city center. None

It was very clean and in a great location. The host was also very pleasant. The only bad part was having to use all the codes and remember to take physical keys and card when going out.

The location is incredible, so much food and nightlife just outside the door. The hotel is beautiful and stylish, and the manager is amazing. He is so responsive and you can tell how much he cares for his hotel and guests. I will most definitely come back and stay here again. Everything was perfect. Perfection can’t be improved.

Old world elegance meets modern day amenities in the most lovely way possible. A clean and spacious guest room with the kindest host ever. ? A personal opinion only…the pillows were a bit too hard for me. Having said that, the linens were top notch. ?

Basic accommodation for a short stay in Palermo. Great location within easy walk of the train station, bars and restaurants. The external bathroom was completely updated, modern and clean. The building lift was the vintage style exposed type. It was easier to walk up than to try to operate it.

The staff and the location were excellent, very close to the train station and within walking distance of the main tourist area. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful traditional balcony. The building itself is an authentic old Italian property with charming traditional décor. Everything was very good overall. The only detail is that, since it’s a traditional Italian building, the private bathroom is located outside the room.

Lovely stay in a quaint apartment with the most kind and helpful host.

It’s a cute little place with local flair which we enjoyed! Our room was huge with an A/C that worked well and the bathroom was nice! Our room was close to the street and sadly it was pretty noisy. However, I did read this in the reviews so I was aware, and the owner gives you earplugs which was very kind!

The host was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful! He communicated over Whatsapp to make sure I had information about Palermo, and the accommodations. I arrived in the morning and luckily my room was ready - it was a huge room, with balcony to the main road. I loved the 'antiqueness' of the whole place. There are 2 floors and I was on the higher level floor and it was very quiet and peaceful. There was a common kettle to use and fridge in my room. Only 7 minute walk from Train Station Centrale. On check-out day, he allowed me to keep my things there and when I came back, I could use the washroom to change before going to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.
