Location was perfect, close to Ballaro market and also Quatro Canti and so many sights. Easy to walk to wonderful trattorias and bars.

Very nice services, good location, breakfast starts from 8-10am, fruits, cafe, cake, cheese, salamis, jamon, yogurt……thanks, all the staffs are friendly , especially thank the lady of the reception

The location was great and it was very helpful to have an elevator. The staff were helpful and our room was clean. We have no specific complaints.

Staff: helpful, respectful and friendly. If you need anything, just ask them, and they will do their best to accommodate you. Hotel: clean, neat, with spacious rooms, good breakfast to start the day. Towels and bed sheets have been changed every other day. The hotel also has a complimentary one-way shuttle service. Thank you to everyone at the hotel Concordia for making our stay pleasant and memorable!

The staff was kind enough to call me an early morning taxi at last minute upon my checkout. Wonderful service. I wish there would have been food options at the hotel. Even just snacks or sandwiches. But I did find something nearby. Everything else was perfect.

It was perfect for a short term stay. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was decent. Great location. Would recommend! While it is close to everything, it is on a major road so you can hear the traffic at all times

I had arranged with the hotel to pick me up at the airport and they forgot. When they finally came and picked me up my room wasn't ready for an hour and a half after check-in time.

Location, the hallways were decorated very nicely, and the woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful Twin bed, funky furniture, steps down that I slipped on, no convenient electrical outlets
