Bed and Breakfast Hostel Josef

Great location close to city centre. The property had everything we needed including air conditioning. You have to be able to climb stairs to get to the apartment. This is the sort of property that my husband and I prefer so no complaints!

The NOISE from Hope bar across the street which is a late night karaoke bar operating until 3 am. It is very loud every night. Impossible to sleep without earplugs and have a terrible smell of cigarettes. I will not stay there again.

The host was very friendly, we left our bag at the hostel right away in the morning. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The location is great. The bathroom was private but outside the room, even though we booked Economy Double Room, that should have the bathroom inside the room. Unfortunately we realized the host mistake when we left Palermo.

The room is in a fantastic part of the city, close to everything basically! The neighborhood has a lot of great bars, restaurants, and Cuattro Canto is 5min away as well as the market (must go!). The room was well equipped with good beds and a lot of space. -

It is close to all points of interest in the city. It was great value and very comfortable, the room was made up and cleaned everyday. It was quiet inside a courtyard away from the street. Nothing

Everything was perfect! And the staff super helpful and kind… I highly recommend this place!

The internet connection only worked close to the bathroom, the balcony glass door didn't close all the way, the TV remote didn't work.

An excellent room. Big, generous, clean, brand new fitout, top floor away from the busy street. Right in the heart of old Palermo, short walk to many piazzas, churches, processions, cafés, bars. The wifi internet was a bit slow in the evenings, but was okay. The room is above a bar which meant a bit of noise on the Friday night, but I suspect that noise from the street is common in most parts of this bustling city.

The hostel is located on one of the main roads of Palermo, 8 min walking distance from the Train station, 8 minutes from Quattro canti, maybe 15 from Cathedral, and several other locations nearby. A bus route in front of the door as well, and 2 mins from a Lidl. Place was super clean and they did room cleaning almost every day. Personal was super friendly, they give you good advice and have no problem accommodating extra requests. One thing to take into account is they don’t have elevator and the rooms are in a 2nd floor. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend

In the city center, the family studio has everything what you need for a short stay. It was clean and quiet. It's also very close to the main train and bus station. We loved that the check-in is actually with a person, (not just endless codes and finding your way). Wifi is quite slow, but we didn't mind.

The room was much bigger than expected. Our bathroom was not inside of the room, even though it was private for us with a key. However, still not that much comfortable. The location is really central however, on a Friday night the pub next to the hotel was open until morning and we heard all voices inside of the room until 3 am.
