The only thing was the only one catd per room abd the catd is needsd for all powerin it.. If one of the guest wanted to stay or had to in the room, then what, then all the power is gone.

WiFi connection did not provide internet access and not secure. There is a only a very small trash bin in the bathroom. Breakfast is poor.

I feel bad for the owner as if it hadn’t been for the egregious, dangerous, and inexcusable behavior of the restaurant staff with whom you must make 1st contact to make the B&B management aware you had arrived to checkin our review would more positive probably garnering a n 8. The waiter was angry, bothered, and claimed to know nothing about gaining entrance to the property. A female staff member was equally rude and dismissive. If it hadn’t been for a 90 year old Italian gentleman from the neighborhood confronting the waiter we may not have gained access to our prepaid room. The old gentleman forced the waiter, who in turn forced the waitress to finally make contact with the manager. The waiter was an especially nasty piece of nothing the waitress not far behind. The manager, who spoke perfect English as well as Italian, once contacted promptly met us at the property and was pleasant, professional, and apologetic but the damage was done. It’s a scary and gut wrenching feeling to be exhausted from travel, arrive at your digs and be dismissed as nonexistent and be abandoned in a new city with no recourse. To us Palermo, and Palermo only, felt heavily controlled by mob behavior, the vast majority of the people, like people everywhere, are wonderful, kind, and generous but a great percentage in the tourist industry are definitely trying to scam and rip you off. After 4 nights we have no interest in returning there. Not so with the rest of Sicilia we visited being so beautiful and friendly. God bless the charming older gent that helped us, he got involved. The fact that the very people responsible to help you gain access to the building and your room meet you with hostility and when pleasantly asked simple questions, albeit in a mixture of Spanish Italian, deny knowing what you’re talking about angry we would dare bother them with request or questions that didn’t concern them in any way.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with easy access to the city center. Martina gave us a warm and friendly welcome, which made us feel right at home. A big thank to the staff at the Leon restaurant – they were incredibly helpful and attentive. Overall, a great experience and we're very happy with our stay!

Unbelievable high standard for the price in a very practical part of Palermo in easy walking distance to central parts. Very good buffet breakfast included. Note that the week-end price is much higher

Everything is very clean! There’s one door conect to the other room, you literally can listen everything from the other guest. First day of breakfast was amazing the others days we barely had options

Well located in terms of accessibility to attractions, however the location itself was a bit noisy. I travel often so expectations were not over the top and they were met. My only complaint would be that a matrimonial bed should not be two single beds put together. As a couple this was not comfortable as the middle of the bed was two separate mattresses. Being Palermo centre the value was sufficient for what we got. Also if you expect anything other than a coffee and a cornetto for breakfast you will be disappointed.

To find a parking 2 hrs running around

The toilet flash and safe did not work. Receptionist was always away, so there was noone we could ask to fix the issues. This is the first time I experience the problems with the former in a hotel and definitely this is not something you expect from a hotel with rating 8.5 on booking.com. Breakfast had only high carbs products like sweet cereals or cakes, so we just had a cup of coffee and decided to find anything better ourselves. I asked 3 times for the instructions on property access to be sent via sms but did not receive anything at all. The staff was not friendly and we felt guilty we arrived late.

Location was great. We had a car so we needed parking. We were able to park it onsite for a fee of 15 euro per day. Staff were very accommodating with the request of us needing to check in early and they did what they could for us to have it ready so we could maximise our one day in Palermo. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & shower worked well. Area was quiet. It only took us 5-7 min to walk to the quatro canti…. Breakfast was amazing if you like a typical Italian style. Pastries and brioche straight out of the oven. Ham cheese and breads. Would definitely stay again

we chose this property because it was close to a meeting point with our tour the next day, and overall we were happy with it. neighbourhood was a little on the grubby side, with lots of graffiti and bits of garbage strewn around, but it turns out that is true of a lot of Palermo. wasn’t sure how to access the property, we rang the bell, someone said we'll be right there, and then a few minutes later a fellow came from down the street. he was pleasant and informative, and the room was good. the breakfast the next day ( at a restaurant around the corner) was awesome, with great coffee made by a barista. a couple of days after our stay we were notified of charges pending for a property we did not book, that was sent through this property’s address on the booking dot com site. I immediately notified the company and the property, but got no reply. so points off for poor communication after they have your money.

Quiet at night. Association w Restaurant Leone enhanced our stay. Very attentive staff. We wanted connecting rooms. The doors were there but no key. This was disappointing.

We stayed for a night Very professional staff, located in the center, clean and comfortable, most importantly sustainable Breakfast was acceptable Nothing to mention
-
Very good

Location is great but the Aircon and fridge not working properly, the owner says it was centralised ?, can't sleep due to heat.
-
The room is clean and the staff is very kind. The location is perfect, fin the heart of downtown palermo The room was a bit small for us.
-
All of it. Everything was just perfect.
-
Very nice atmosphere. Very nice people.
-
Good location, close to the city center and port, air conditioner works properly We ordered a large double bed, which turned out to be one bed with two mattresses and a big hole in between. So if you’re planning a long stay, this might not be the best option for your back. There were also stains on the sheets and a few centipedes around the room
