The location was perfect!. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go from the waterfront to the main historic attractions. Breakfast had everything we wanted. Host was very friendly and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend. Nothing really. Could use a little more space for clothes.

Good proximity to restaurants and old downtown. Great breakfast, very helpful with parking. Staff were friendly. Very clean. No complaints.

Absolutely great place and location for exploring Palermo--you are a bit out of the busy centro, which gives you space to breathe in a fabulously redone building with great style. Breakfast was wonderful and staff very helpful. The two bedroom 103 unit is excellent with great view of plaza. Parking garage right across the street. Stay here! Would be great to have coffee service and a few more amenities in the room, like cups etc. The AC didn't feel like you could really cool the room, but was fine.

Cleanliness, lack of amenities

Really exceptional , nice apartment and location . We got the beutiful Federica apartment full of natural light breakfast was ok

Some of the taxis they used did not take card and I had to stop at an atm on the way to the airport at 4am to get cash

If I come back, I'll be staying here again. It would be great if there was a closet in the room, or bigger storage space. Not a big issue though.

I really enjoyed it. The owners and staff are very friendly. If you needed anything, they were happy to help with everything. The apartment is very close to almost all the attractions and the city center. They cleaned every day. The room was very clean and tidy. I recommend it for a vacation The only downside was the lack of a safe and a wardrobe.

Convenience and cleanliness. The breakfast was very mediocre, when you compare to other B&B we have stayed at in Sicily and Italy. We had issues with the air conditioner the entire time, it would work at times, but not all the time. The owner came up to fix it, but the next day it stopped working again. Very frustrating

Great welcome from the staff, especially when we needed an early check inn and a late checkout. The hotel location is great 5 minute walk to the city center and to the great local restaurant the city offer.

The staff was exceptional very nice and helpful especially Eugene. Even though there's triple pane Glass, the property is located right over an expressway and if you get a room on that side, it is not quiet. Rooms on the other side, however, are perfectly fine and quiet.

It was a nice room. The booking said parking was included but there is literally no parking available. They said you could buy parking at a nearby garage but it is closed on Sunday. My car ended up getting towed and had to spend a half a day to get it back.

Loved our room it had three balconies! And the views were majestic The breakfast wasn’t that great but not a reason to not stay here

Great, friendly customer service and centrally located to many restaurants, cafes, the historic centre, etc. the wifi signal hardly worked and the breakfast wasn’t great (recommend that guests eat off site instead - several great cafes and bakeries nearby).

We have been traveling around Sicily for over 2 weeks and stayed several great places. This B & B topped them all. The restoration of this building is nothing short of amazing. The room had a beautiful view of the park and across to the marina. We were able to walk to many of the areas we wanted to see. The room was very spacious, comfortable and it had excellent WiFi! The breakfast included was generous.The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and most spoke English. 5 + stars! Not a thing
