Reviews

The cabin of the shower was too small not comfortable at all
-
The sofa had some wear and tear with strange holes in it (I was afraid it was eaten by bugs) and we also actually found some bugs in the room
-
Breakfast could be better
-
It was very noisy by the highway
-
The property is on a major road and as such the constant noise from the traffic makes it difficult to sleep or get any down time.
-
It was one night so for us was all positive, the breakfast was ok
-
All was good.

Perfect location, especially for those arriving by ferry. Very clean, comfortable beds and rooms, very kind and friendly staff, ready to solve any problem if possible, good breakfast (mini arancine was a hit!). I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Palermo. Thanks and forza Palermo! ☺️

Warm water only and poor WiFi ?

We arrived early, and they held our luggage until the room was ready. And the owner recommended some nice places to eat. The room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of things to choose from. There were plenty of tables to eat at, not crowded at all. All rooms are on the first floor, and since this hotel is on a busy street, the traffic noise was a bit problematic. Hall noise carried into the room also. I expected the water in the fridge to be complimentary, since there were no costs posted, but it wasn't! We had cappuccino and some cookies late one evening in the bar/restaurant, which, I thought, should have been included in the cost of the room, as they were the same cookies that were put out for breakfast.

We couldn't find the t-shirt anywhere in the room and turns out the housekeeping staff accidentally grabbed it with the sheets and they tried to convince us that the t-shirt was found on the toilet lid but we are sure that's not true because we literally searched everywhere. Staff offered a delivery package for 50€ that we had to pay out of pocket and of course we refused. Really sad :(

Location Very disappointed in the area of hospitality. Bar area was not open even for sitting and conversing with friends. The chairs were turned up on tables and all staff had an inconvenienced attitude when asked if we could sit inside. There were a few tables outside but located in direct sun. The bar was never open except to be used for the breakfast. The breakfast was sub-par compared to every other included breakfast I have had throughout travels, especially in Italy. Reception staff was not very welcoming or helpful for personnel in this area of service. The cleaning staff was much more personable. No hot water in the morning for an early shower. Had to wait until around 9 to have hot water. Reception staff did not offer any tourism related material or suggestions upon arrival.

Room was spacious with a small fridge and a safe. Room service (housekeeping) was great. They prepared boiled eggs specially for our 10-months old. It’s location beside palermo marina and not far from palermo downtown. This is my first stay ever where they charge you for water bottles in your room and they write that it’s for charge in Italian so it’s a trap to charge you extra. Breakfast was a nightmare that we had to buy our own breakfast after it (1 cheese type, 2 ham types, scrambled eggs and some poor quality bakery with no water dispenser, only a big water bottle where they change, don’t even know if they are mineral water or they fill them from the tap) Most of the staff didn’t speak english which made communication really difficult. Location wasn’t that good either specially if you are planning to go to the beach on Mondello. Overall very bad value for money.

Booked last minute after an AirBnB didn't work out. Was a great location, walking distane to the downtown and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. Travelling as two females, we also felt very safe. Would recommend this hotel!

Good room and breakfast but a bit expensive

Spacious and Clean Rooms – The hotel, located on the first floor of an apartment building, offered large rooms that were cleaned daily. The bathrooms were also spacious, which added to the comfort. Comfortable bed. Good Breakfast Pastries and Coffee – The breakfast selection was typical for an Italian hotel, with delicious croissants and great coffee. There was also standard options including toast, ham, salami, cheese, yogurt, oatmeal, and fruit. Convenient Location – The hotel was close to a promenade with restaurants by the port, making it easy to find dining options nearby. Lack of "Do Not Disturb" Signs – It would have been useful to have door hangers to indicate when we didn’t want to be disturbed. Food Warmers at Breakfast – While some items were enjoyable, the food warmers didn’t keep the food at a proper temperature, and the smell from the lids could be unpleasant for those sensitive to odors. Additionally, the use of plastic cups and boxed juice felt low-quality. Closed Restaurant – One of the main reasons we chose this hotel over a B&B was the restauran, which unfortunately was not operational. Not even glassware was available to take to the room, which was disappointing.

Exceptional

Great breakfast, room was large and facing a side street which was quiet. The location is walking distance to some main attractions in Palermo, as well as the new area by the port. The staff was helpful and polite.

very nice and helpful personnel, location monotonous breakfast and coffee makes a receptionist, you can't make it on your own,
