The location is perfect. It is close to everything but on a quiet side street. The room is very lovely and spacious. The beautiful host was very nice and considerate.

Excellent location and comfortable. Some initial difficulty in obtaining a crib for our 7 month old baby but it was resolved in due course.

We liked the personal contact with the staff. It is a small hotel with 7 rooms. When we arrived Roberta came down (reception is on the 3rd floor) to open the door. She took us to the bedroom, then we checked in at the reception. She explained all the details about Palermo, what to do, where to go, what to eat, etc. Other staff were also nice and helpful. It is on a small pedestrian street. Though there is a restaurant bar in front of the entrance, our room was very quiet. Nothing. Everything was above our expectation

The location is perfect. Easy to walk to the train station and everywhere in Palermo. Very quiet and the staff were very friendly. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport which was excellent flyer a long travel. Nothing

The room we had was beautiful and had a cute balcony. The king sized bed was comfortable. We didn't realize there were stairs, but they helped with our luggage which we appreciated. Location was excellent! Lots of restaurants close by.

Not much really other than that the price could’ve been a little lower.

Very helpful Staff

Location, good, breakfast none as we rented the apartment Hallways completely dark! Dangerous for walking. NO one at the hotel which was closed. If we had known the hotel was closed we wouldn't have rented the apartment.

Lovely, quiet and clean. The hotel was well located to see the city. The staff was excellent.

My room was clean, updated, and decorated very well. My room was also quiet.

A very central location but on a quiet side street. Modern comfortable room with a balcony. Modern shower. The friendly stuff gave us an orientation of the city with best places to eat and visit. We received an email prior to arrival with a detailed description of transportation to the hotel. It was very helpful. The breakfast had a very limited selection.

Perfect stay in Palermo. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Location is ideal, close to the airport bus and the main sights. In a quiet back street, no noise despite the closeness to bars and restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Restaurant recommendations were also excellent. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional experience made special by first class staff. The bed and mattress and pillows and sheets top quality. It was extremely quiet building and location. You couldn't hear anything …air tight. The staff turned on the heat a bit early in the evening for me as I spent my evenings in as I was travelling alone. Very attentive and helpful with any issue or request. One member of staff, Daniel, led a very interesting private tour of the city . Well worth the money. He was very knowledgable about the history of Palermo . Breakfast solution was not great. Some fresh fruit, eggs or yogurts would have been nice.
