We enjoyed our hotel stay. The staff was amazingly helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We received breakfast each day and coffee and drinks whenever we wanted. It was the hot season so we utilized the room a lot.

The hotel was good, clean, in perfect location with an extra friendly staff. Two things - we had a blanket with the whole burned by most likely cigarette, the breakfast had kind of limited selection even though it was not bad overall. And you get services buy the waitress which was good.

Fantastic location, very centrally. The staff were very helpful at orientating us and suggesting must see highlights in the city. We paid extra for the parking which worked well. The breakfast was great and we particularly appreciated the gluten free breakfast provided for 2 of our party who are Coeliac.

Friendly hotel at great location. I was passing by Palermo on a tight budget and the place provided good value for the money. Great breakfast with fresh orange juice and eggs made to order. The room is quite small but I was traveling solo with my dog so for us it was great. My only complaint was the noise, the doors are thin and I constantly heard footsteps in the hallway... however the price is good and beggars can't be choosers. I visit Palermo often, will likely book again because of the the location, the friendly staff and good price. The noise. I heard footsteps and people talking outside my room all the time. The doors are very thin.

A bit chilly in the room, even with the heater on (it was Feb), and tiny shower stall

The staff were great - very helpful and kind. The front desk staff were very helpful with the car and traffic zone permit. The breakfast staff were great, especially Sara. The hotel was also off of the main street so quieter at night but close to the pedestrian centre. Nothing comes to mind.
