Hotel needs to be updated. Hair dryer was old. Pillows and bedding could be better.

The server in the breakfast room had eggs made for me after the buffet ran out and he was very nice. The shower was too small.

Great location. Easy walk to the center. Nice neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping. Elevators, furnishings and plumbing are old but hotel is planning renovations.

Can hear the next rooms eaisly, rooms needs some attention as they look tired, ac is centralised and wasn't meeting cooling expectations. It was chilled however not cool for my needs. No fan, plug adapter or iron and iron board available at the property :(

Big room, very clean. The walls are too thin and you can't sleep well when other customers are talking or snoring in their rooms.

Thanks to the whole team we had a lovely stay once again. Marinella, Rosa, Tony, Marina and the others are professional! The breakfast is splendid. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Great location, friendly staff. Found black hairs in the shower and the blankets (I'm blonde). Lots of dust in the airconditioning system. My shower had very low pressure. Breakfast tasted good but the plates and knives were wet and dirty. The doors and window blinds are super super noisy, so when anyone in the hotel goes to sleep everyone's wide awake.

We got the room with the mold on the ceiling. We complained to the receptionist and he immediately switch the room to one which was really nice and clean.
