A truly unique boutique hotel

The attentive and accommodating staff as well as the aesthetics of the hotel. The sweet attendant mapped out my travel on a map to the train station, provided me w/ a bagged breakfast because I had to leave in the wee hours of the morning, and upgraded my room! They kindly hold your luggage until check-in as well. I would have preferred a wireless key to get into the doors as the numerous keys were a bit of a hassle. Also, I would have liked to have had a more firm pillow. Otherwise, everything was magnificent!

The room had character with a balcony, a generous en suite, parking was easy and location was good albeit a 20 minute walk into the old town

The Staff was excellent, especially Emanuela, great breakfast, location, assistance and recommendations. We will always stay here while in beautiful Palermo.

The property is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hostess was kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Definitely will come back Nothing to say, we love all!!

This was a fantastic hotel with everything we needed! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional! It was very easy to find things to eat as a vegetarian. The staff was also outstanding and very helpful. They helped get us ice, and set up a spa service at a nearby facility. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in Palermo!

The elevator is tiny. I wasn't clear how to enter. Buzzer said penny stocks

Beautiful suite; very friendly and helpful staff - especially Emanuela who was extremely helpful and kind! Like the daily cleaning of the room, the bathrobe and slippers. Not all B&B do this. Good wi-fi. Great location - quiet but a 10 minute walk to old town and many great restaurants. There is also a supermarket within 5 minutes walk. Great to get juice, water etc. There is a list of restaurant recommendations in the room. Tried a few and they were excellent! A very nice touch! The breakfast is ok but not great. I think the pastries are from the nearby supermarket. Get them from a nice bakery! Your guests can tell the quality! Eggs, ham etc are ok. This place will be perfect with a better breakfast.

Beautiful facility in a good location in downtown Palermo It’s a boutique hotel, so operates a little more like an Airbnb making late arrivals a little more challenging.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. It was a unique style for a hotel. The staff made sure we were well taken care of for the duration of our stay The walls are a little thin. Be conscious of sound.
